Job Title: Operations Manager – Retail Business

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of retail and brand campaigns, ensuring timely and cost-effective deployment of POSM (FSUs, TUs, end caps, dump bins, posters, self-talkers, signage, etc.).
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver customized solutions.
• Contribute to strategic decision-making, including product-market alignment, client servicing, and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Review and present creative concepts and project plans internally prior to client presentations.
• Estimate project costs and recommend appropriate materials based on client budgets and brand requirements.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns for product launches and finalize rate contracts to optimize costs.
• Oversee the creation and management of Sales Orders (SO), Purchase Orders (PO), route planning, logistics coordination, and campaign execution.
• Develop and manage vendor relationships, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Coordinate with logistics partners (such as Star, Delivery, Spot-on, Gati, etc.) for efficient and cost-effective distribution across pan-India retail outlets.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of execution documents, including PODs, MIS reports, and tracking data.
• Manage vendor billing processes and ensure timely reconciliation and closure.
• Looking for candidates with experience in the printing industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling.
• Support onboarding and maintain employee records.
• Help with HR operations, documentation, and data entry.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and training sessions.
• Prepare basic HR reports (attendance, leaves, etc.).
• Ensure confidentiality and assist in implementing HR policies.

1. Design patterns- socket communication/ micro services architecture 
2. Caching - REDIS MEMCACHED etc
3. Database - MONGO, SQL etc. min 2yrs experience with these.
4. Features created for large concurrent requests.
5. Node Js, Go lang any asynchronous programming language min 2 yrs exp with any one of them.
6. Message Queues - RABBIT MQ, Kafka etc.

Senior Executive - Public Relations

Agency experience must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
• Manage relationships with key media outlets, journalists, influencers, and other stakeholders to maximize positive coverage.
• Lead the creation of press releases, speeches, articles, responses, briefing docs and other content for internal and external communication.
• Plan and oversee press events, product launches, sponsorships, and corporate events to generate media interest.
• Handle crisis communication, providing strategic counsel to mitigate negative publicity and protect the brand image.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on media coverage and the effectiveness of PR campaigns, providing insights for future improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing, social media, and internal teams to ensure alignment of communication efforts.
• Collaborate with external agencies and liaison with internal teams 
• Work on founders profiling and personal branding including their social media, speakership opportunities etc
• Assist in EaseMyTrip's Group companies PR 
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging PR tools to keep strategies relevant and effective.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in public relations, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns
• .Agency experience is a must.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Strong media network and ability to build and nurture relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience in managing crisis communication and providing strategic counsel.
• Proficiency in PR software and tools like Meltwater, Cision, or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing and social media’s role in PR strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with strong organizational skills.

Requirements:

• Passion for building and delivering great software with a strong sense of ownership.
• Good understanding into .Net Core and PS
• Minimum of two years of experience in building web applications using ASP.NET MVC and .NET platform in general.
• Should have strong UI development skills using HTML, CSS/JavaScript frameworks.-

     Good understanding of IIS configuration

• Strong experience with Build and Release, Agile processes and Estimation/Planning-
  
  Exposure to New Relic or similar tools to optimize web application performance
  Strong expertise in SQL programming, with experience of writing & optimizing queries that access/process millions of records-
