Position Description: 

An exciting and varied position, the individual will work for our firm’s Hyderabad office, supporting the stakeholders of Startup Login. Motivated and enthusiastic self-starter who works on their own initiative with light supervision. Confident and positive, high-energy, cultured, and capable of easily interacting with client’s senior management. Flexible and willing to get involved in many different aspects of the business as required. 

Responsibilities:

• Perform market research to identify and connect with tech startups and offer our services.
• Sourcing and identifying opportunities and acquisition prospects.
• Facilitate end-to-end execution of A&A activities for the deals responsible.
•  Handle and coordinate interactions with all stakeholders (buy & Sell-side).
• Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure time-bound closure of the activities and the transactions.
• Actively participating in the M&A deal qualification, execution and closure process.
• Documentation: analyze the business requirements.
• Use productive tech tools like CRM, task management and others.
• Build a network with Startups, Incubators/Accelerators and Venture Capital Firms.
• Gather information from the target company and industry experts.
• Research and talk to the Founders and decision-makers of the target company. 
•   Research potential competitors to the target company.
• Research and talk with technical/business consultants to evaluate the target company’s technology including IPs.
• Analyze the financials and business models of the target company.

The Associate should be able to work in a Startup environment, be self-driven and take initiatives. She/He should be able to pay attention to details and be able to complete tasks with minimum supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Azure Cloud Sales & Solutioning: Lead Microsoft Azure cloud sales efforts across global regions, delivering solutions for applications, databases, and SAP servers based on customer requirements.
• Customer Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor for customers, leading them through their cloud transformation by understanding their requirements and recommending suitable cloud solutions.
• Lead Generation & Cost Optimization: Generate leads independently, provide cost-optimized Azure solutions, and continuously work to maximize value for clients.
• Sales Certifications: Hold basic Microsoft sales certifications (Foundation & Business Professional).
• Project Management: Oversee and manage Azure cloud projects, including setting up timelines, guiding technical teams, and communicating progress to customers. Ensure the successful completion of project objectives.
• Cloud Infrastructure Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of Azure cloud infrastructure and services, including migrations, disaster recovery (DR), and cloud budgeting.
• Billing Management: Manage Azure billing processes, including subscription-based invoicing, purchase orders, renewals, license billing, and tracking expiration dates.
• Microsoft License Sales: Expert in selling Microsoft licenses such as SQL, Windows, and Office 365.
• Client Collaboration: Schedule meetings with internal teams and clients to align on project requirements and ensure effective communication.
• Customer Management: Track leads, follow up on calls, and ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and optimizing cloud resources. Provide regular updates on Microsoft technologies and programs.
• Field Sales: Participate in presales meetings and client visits to gather insights and propose cloud solutions.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with various internal departments to achieve project results and meet client expectations.

Qualifications:

• 1-3+ years of experience selling or consulting with corporate/public sector/ enterprise customers on Microsoft Azure cloud.
• Proficient in Azure cost optimization, cloud infrastructure, and sales of cloud solutions to end customers.
• Experience in generating leads and tracking sales progress.
• Project management experience with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and customers.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
