Mandatory:

• 5+ years of Power BI Report development experience.

• Building Analysis Services reporting models.

• Developing visual reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboards using Power BI desktop.

• Connecting data sources, importing data, and transforming data for Business intelligence.

• Analytical thinking for translating data into informative reports and visuals.

• Capable of implementing row-level security on data along with an understanding of application security layer models in Power BI.

• Should have an edge over making DAX queries in Power BI desktop.

• Expert in using advanced-level calculations on the data set.

• Responsible for design methodology and project documentaries.

• Should be able to develop tabular and multidimensional models that are compatible with data warehouse standards.

• Very good communication skills must be able to discuss the requirements effectively with the client teams, and with internal teams.

• Experience working with Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack having Power BI, SSAS, SSRS, and SSIS

• Mandate to have experience with BI tools and systems such as Power BI, Tableau, and SAP.

• Must have 3-4years of experience in data-specific roles.

• Have knowledge of database fundamentals such as multidimensional database design, relational database design, and more

• Knowledge of all the Power BI products (Power Bi premium, Power BI server, Power BI services, Powerquery etc)

• Grip over data analytics

• Interact with customers to understand their business problems and provide best-in-class analytics solutions

• Proficient in SQL and Query performance tuning skills

• Understand data governance, quality and security and integrate analytics with these corporate platforms

• Attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate client outputs

• Experience of working with large and multiple datasets / data warehouses

• Ability to derive insights from data and analysis and create presentations for client teams

• Experience with performance optimization of the dashboards

• Experience in working with Azure and connecting synapse with Tableau

• Demonstrate strength in data modelling, ETL development, and data warehousing

• Knowledge of leading large-scale data warehousing and analytics projects using Azure, Synapse, MS SQL DB

• Good knowledge of building/operating highly available, distributed systems of data extraction, ingestion, and processing of large data sets

• Good to have knowledge of Supply Chain Domain.

Position: Sales & Customer Support Executive (Female)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Promote the extensive range of heritage handloom sarees to prospective customers through the company website, Instagram, and other international platforms.
• Identify customer requirements and articulate how our products fulfill their specific needs, enhancing their experience.
• Maximize sales revenue by engaging in upselling and cross-selling of additional products or services.
• Provide personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and interests.
• Maintain proactive customer engagement through follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
• Manage customer communication across multiple channels, including email, web chat, WhatsApp, and phone calls, both pre- and post-purchase.
• Conduct thorough quality checks and verify orders before dispatching to ensure product excellence.
• Liaise with logistics teams to track shipments and ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
• Create product demonstration videos for customers requiring detailed insights into the products.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in the retail or customer service sector.
• Basic proficiency in photography and digital content creation.

• Develop and Integrate Django backend and API's with frontend framework.
• Develop Angular applications
• Working closely with UX and Front-end Developers
• Participating in architectural, design and product discussions
• Designing and creating RESTful APIs for internal and partner consumption
• Working in an agile environment with an excellent team of engineers

• Good experience developing Angular applications into production
• Good experience with the Django REST framework
• Strong understanding of the Angular framework as well as javascript, jQuery and HTML/CSS
• Good experience on designing and structuring of database most likely ORM (i.e MongoDB)
• Knowledge of how to build and use with RESTful APIs
• Good experience of Python coding skills
• Strong knowledge of version control (i.e. git, svn, etc.)
• Experience deploying Python applications into production

0 - 2  years of experience in business analysis and product development of mobile or web applications 
• Working with the stakeholders to formulate and define the Product Vision and Roadmap
• Developing requirements and use cases for business process flows
• Facilitating the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Managing the Product Backlog and its refinement
• Converting the requirements to Epics and user stories along with specifying the acceptance criteria
• Managing the prioritization of work in Product Backlog based on Product Roadmap
• Coordinating with cross-functional development team to impart requirement understanding including collaboration with the QA team on test cases
• Engaging with the stakeholders on project progress, required reports and value delivery
