• Own the Lifecycle: Manage technical documentation and collaborate across departments to ensure projects move from "idea" to "impact" seamlessly. 

What You Bring 

• 4+ years of experience in a technical BA role, preferably within the IoT or Product space. 
• Analytical Power: Proficiency in data analysis tools and a knack for trend modeling. 
• Clarity: An expert ability to translate "business speak" into "technical specs." 
• Communication: The confidence to present insights to stakeholders and lead cross-functional workshops. 

Responsibilities

• Prepare Subcontract Agreement and Joint Venture Agreement and conclude the same in coordination with Manager.
• Managing manpower with respect to Quantity basis &Timely completion basis.
• Ensure the current market rate. (Analysis of particular work as per Quantity basis, Work description basis)
• Follow up Subcontractor's Performance Bonds and Tender Bonds
• Reviews Subcontractor's monthly invoice and prepare Subcontractor's Payment Certificates.
• Identify variation or change order and prepare valuation accounts.
• Assist the Purchasing Department and Site Project Manager in contractual matters related to procurement / supply contract and agreements.
• Reviewing the contract documents prior to tendering.
• Reviews and clarifies show drawings.
• Coordinate Project Close-Out Procedures including manuals, warranties and As-built drawings.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal must have experience in lead generation, social media outreach and a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities -

• Conduct outbound calls, messages and emails to generate and qualify leads.
• Use platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc. for outreach
• Convert leads into potential customers through effective pitching and follow-ups.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity using CRM tools.

Requirements-

• 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales or business development.
• Proven experience in lead generation and target achievement.
• Strong knowledge of using social media for outreach and lead nurturing.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with CRM tools is a plus
