Responsibilities & Duties:

Making Call to Customers, Maintaining the Database, Online Sales

Maintain a relations with the existing clients and ask to upgrade their packages or renewals

Prepare and follow up on sales quotations made to clients.

Will be responsible for client retention, per client revenue optimization & renewals.

Handle `client queries/escalations.

Should have effective sales & negotiation ability.

Interacting with vendors for product upload in their respective Domain.

Manage and create product listing and another day to day activities on portal

Improve Customer perception and product-wise market share, a good understanding of technical and market feasibility of the product.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 6 Months in Online and Concept Sales

Skills: Proficient Written & Verbal Communication Skills in English

Qualifications: Any Graduate

Must have laptop

Responsibilities:

• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services. 
• Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
• Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks
• Understanding of Google's Android design principles and interface guidelines
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Familiarity with continuous integration & Application Bundle Kotlin, Java
• Key requirements: Android SDK, Android UI, Core Java, Gradle, Kotlin.

Position: Content Writer

Experience Level: 1 Year

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop high-quality written content for blogs, websites, social media, email newsletters, and marketing materials.
• Research: Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to generate relevant and engaging content.
• SEO Optimization: Incorporate relevant SEO keywords and practices to improve content visibility and ranking.
• Editing & Proofreading: Review content for clarity, grammar, punctuation, and style before publication.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and other teams to ensure consistency in messaging and content strategy.
• Content Management: Maintain and update content on various platforms, including websites and blogs.
• Audience Engagement: Write content that resonates with the target audience, driving engagement and increasing brand visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in content writing, copywriting, or a similar role.
• Writing Skills: Strong command of English with excellent grammar, punctuation, and attention to detail.
• Research Skills: Ability to conduct thorough research and present accurate, well-informed content.
• SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO principles and how to incorporate them into content writing.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Creativity: Strong storytelling skills with the ability to craft engaging, compelling narratives.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), Google Docs, Microsoft Office, and basic understanding of social media platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with content marketing and content strategy.
• Knowledge of industry-specific trends.
• Basic understanding of graphic design or multimedia content (optional but a plus).

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the equipment specified is correct for the installation.
  · Produce system schematics including audio, video, control, power.
  · Produce rack layouts.
  · Design metalwork work such as input plates and wall boxes
  · Work closely with the project managers and clients to ensure that all requirements specified are
  accounted for.
  · Communicate any site requirements such as IT and FM dependencies.
  · Co-ordinate the production of M&E drawings with the CAD team
  · Communicate required system functionality to the control system programmer.
  · Liaise with 3rd party trades/subcontractors to ensure smooth integration.
  · Test system racks to ensure they meet the requirements identifying and rectify faults prior to shipping.
  · Commission equipment to the highest standard on site, including programming of audio DSP’s, setup
  of digital video systems and setup of video conferencing systems.
  · Provide technical support for the duration of the project.

Skills Required:

• Excellent technical knowledge of AV & VC equipment from all major brands.
  · An up-to-date understanding of the AV marketplace including products and trends.
  · Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  · Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  · Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects
  · Good understanding of IT and networks
  · Good understanding of Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
  · CAD / Visio experience for the production of detailed schematic to company standards
  · Manual handling tasks will be required when necessary for moving equipment.

• Managing clients by working closely with them and understanding their business needs and challenges
• On-boarding new clients and also developing and maintaining healthy and professional relationships with current clients
• Maintaining high levels of customer engagement and customer satisfaction in turn leading to continued business from key accounts
• Educating and promoting the company’s services to the clients
• Acting as the point-of-contact for the clients and also mediating between the clients and the company
• Handling and solving escalations from clients, as and when received and making sure the client account is retained
• Renewing subscriptions on a timely-basis
• Compiling and presenting reports to the business by maintaining and managing relevant data
• Managing a team of customer success executives and leading them towards achieving the business goals
• Partnering and working closely with internal teams to meet the business needs of the customers
