Key Responsibilities Area

 Follow work schedule time and safe work practices.

 Follow grooming and uniform guidelines as per the QSR Grooming Guide

 Effectively open and operate the assigned outlet within the policies and guidelines of the company, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction at all times and protecting stakeholders interests

 Assist the Assistant Restaurant Manager/Restaurant Manager in the day to day running and supervision of manpower and scheduling

 Own and manager peak period business as per standard operating procedures

 Ensure readiness and realistic projections / forecasting on the shift

 Take complete responsibility for the entire shift operations relating to cash control, security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate corrective actions

 Ensure upkeep of equipment, facility, and operating environment by following up on scheduled checks as per the Maintenance Contracts

 Deliver on food quality by ensuring food sanitation and cleanliness practices in a safe, healthy and hygienic environment

 Own the Customer experience and drive loyalty by adhering to food and service standards, encouraging customer feedback and resolving concerns within reasonable time limits. Use empowerment for Customer delight

 Provide regular feedback to the Central Kitchen team to escalate/highlight food concerns.

 Execute inventory and cost control process to control food wastage and preserve quality on the shift

 Train and certify the new and tenured team members regularly to deliver consistent performance on the shift

 Be supportive and dependable to the Assistant Restaurant Manager/Restaurant Manager in running effective and efficient restaurant operations

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Engagement Specilist to join our team. The primary

role of the Client Engagement Lead is to implement SuperHumanRace's data platform for

multinational clients, focusing on CSR and ESG program management. This role involves setting

KPIs, developing dashboards for data-driven insights, and ensuring successful project delivery and

client satisfaction.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is a natural leader and works well with others,

especially in high pressure situations. As the Client Engagement Lead, you will work closely with our

ESG & CSR teams and our Fortune 500 Clients including Capgemini, JLL, Godrej, Tata etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Selected Candidate’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Planning and Posting Opportunities: Curate and schedule brand-specific virtual activities,

physical events, and panel discussions on the SuperHumanRace Platform.

2. Client Communications: Lead and manage communications with both existing and prospective

clients, ensuring effective engagement and relationship building.

3. Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle of Client CSR projects on the

platform, ensuring successful project execution.

4. Training and Development: Train peers, client teams, and partner teams on the functionalities of

the platform, ensuring comprehensive understanding and effective use.

5. Stakeholder Support: Address and resolve any queries, questions, or issues raised by relevant

stakeholders promptly and efficiently.

6. Marketing and Event Development Support: Assist with projects in marketing and event

development as needed, contributing to the overall success of these initiatives.

7. Data Management and Analysis: Establish data collection processes and set up necessary data

visualizations on the platform with relevant KPIs. Perform timely data analysis to identify and rectify

discrepancies.

Qualifications:

● Experience: 0-3 years of experience in client engagement or project management.

● Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Environmental Science, Data Analytics, or a

related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

● Skills:

○ Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex

projects on time and within budget.

○ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and

maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.

○ Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and

familiarity with CSR and ESG reporting standards.

○ Strategic thinker with the ability to set clear goals and KPIs, and translate data into

actionable insights.

Roles & Responsibilities :

·        To lead team from front to all the software developers including Interns at b+m India office

·        To upgrade and guide to the entire software developers team with technical solutions and updated technologies from time to time .

·        Participate in the complete lifecycle of projects from inception to deployment to value delivery.

·        Developing best practices to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope of work.

·        Create a project Management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective. Developing and monitoring project plans, project schedules, working hours and ensuring project deadlines are met.

·        Escalate all obstacles that cannot be dealt with promptly that could result in project delays.

·        Communicate project status and key issues to stakeholders on a regular basis.

• Design and implement test automation frameworks to ensure that the testing process is efficient, effective, and can be maintained over time.

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies for software products.

Must have skills:
