Technical Skills:

Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM – Technical

* Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations and/or upgrades.

* More than 4 years of experience in working on HCM modules of Oracle Fusion/R12 covering Core HR, Compensation, Absence, Benefits and Time & Labor.

* At least 2 years of experience in the completion of full life-cycle implementations with Cloud HCM Suite

* In-depth experience in any or all: Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent Management, Learning, and Time & Labor.

* Must have good experience translating business requirements and design into technical solutions.

* Proficiency in developing reports and analytics using BI Publisher and OTBI.

* Familiar with relational and dimensional logical data modeling.

* Ability to review business processes and translate them into BI reporting and analysis solutions.

* Experience in configuring and supporting reports.

* Experience working with Oracle on product bugs.

* Data analysis and root cause analysis skills.

* Functional and Technical problem investigation skills.

* Understanding of the software development lifecycle, production change control, and project management techniques.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

What you need to have:

DevOps

• Implementing & supporting CI/CD/CT pipelines at scale.  
• Knowledge and experience using Chef, Puppet or Ansible automation to deploy and be able to manage Linux systems in production and CI environments.  
• Extensive experience with Shell scripts (bash).  
• Knowledge and practical experience of Jenkins for CI.  
• Experienced in build & release management.  
• Experience of deploying JVM based applications.  
• Enterprise AWS deployment with sound knowledge on AWS & AWS security.  
• Knowledge of encryption technologies: IPSec, SSL, SSH. 
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Linux Systems Engineer (CentOS/Red Hat) ideally supporting a highly-available, 24x7 production environments. 
• DNS providing and maintenance.  
• Helpful skills: Knowledge of applications relying on Maven, Ant, Gradle, Spring Boot.  
• Knowledge of app and server monitoring tools such as ELK/AppEngine. 
• Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Understanding business requirements and processes from our customers for creating digital applications on our internal no-code tool
• Converting business processes into technology solutions, designing application flow, database design, and connections.
• Create SQL queries for report generation on the platform.
• Build visualizations and dashboards based on business KPIs.
• Create training documents and videos for our users. Support users in the digital requirements.
• Analyze and suggest product and process improvements
• Take and track all customer queries and assist them in using the platform
• Interface with the product team on feature requirements and improvements

• At least 2+ years of experience in SQL and implementation of any enterprise platform such as an ERPs etc.
• Ability to grasp business processes and create business processes for digitization of operations.
• Tech, MCA, BCA, or graduation in any technical field.
• Good to have working experience in working on no-code digital solutions or ERPs

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Writing high quality code, participating in code reviews, designing/architecting systems of varying complexity and scope, and creating high quality documentation supporting the design/coding tasks
• Lead out team meetings, stand-ups, and architecture/design discussions
• Identify areas of improvement in our frameworks, tools, processes and strive to make them better. Evaluate our success metrics and evolve our reporting systems
• Works on the web application layer, backend, systems, streaming and other associated technology to build our product and components
• Find solutions and solve issues around a variety of operating systems or programming languages
• Researching new technologies and adapt them to BrowserStack requirements

• Using and understanding code from Open Source
• Teaching others how to use new software
• Willing to learn new programming languages and databases
• Able to write efficient SQL queries and design schemas for relational databases

• Produce high quality software that is unit tested, code reviewed, and checked in regularly for continuous integration
• Develop multi-tier scalable, high-volume performing, and reliable user-centric applications that operate 24x7

• Good experience in at least one scripting language: Ruby, Nodejs, Python, AppleScript, Unix shell or similar
