We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Manufacturing & Inventory Cloud Consultant with 7+ years of overall experience and strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing and Inventory modules. The ideal candidate should have proven implementation experience, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective Oracle Fusion solutions for manufacturing and inventory business processes.

Mandatory Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Oracle ERP/Fusion applications.
• Mandatory hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing.
• Mandatory hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Inventory Management.
• Proven experience in at least one or more Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and inventory business processes.
• Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Role / Responsibilities

• Own functional configuration and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement, Supplier, Inventory, and Product Information Management (PIM/PDH) modules.
• Manage the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle, including requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, and 2/3/4-way invoice matching.
• Configure and support Self-Service Procurement (SSP), Sourcing, Procurement Contracts, and BPM approval hierarchies.
• Manage the end-to-end Supplier lifecycle, including supplier and supplier-site setup, Supplier Portal onboarding, Supplier Qualification, and Blanket/Contract Purchase Agreements.
• Configure and support Inventory Management, including inventory organizations, subinventories, locators, material status, transfers, shipping networks, FOB points, reservations, and on-hand tracking.
• Manage PIM/Item Management, including item classes, attributes, templates, catalogs, categories, item structures/BOMs, and New Item Request (NIR) workflows.
• Handle item data migration using FBDI/ADFDi and support data validation and reconciliation.
• Perform requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and functional documentation.
• Work with technical teams on RICE objects, including functional requirements, specifications, interfaces, conversions, reports, and extensions.
• Perform functional unit testing and support CRP, SIT, and UAT cycles.
• Troubleshoot interface and ESS errors, support data migration activities, and manage Oracle Support SRs.
• Support implementation and post-production application support lifecycles.
• Conduct end-user training and prepare functional documentation and training materials.
• Provide functional guidance on Cost Management, including standard/average costing and landed cost, where required.

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Maintenance / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Consultant with 8–10+ years of experience in Oracle SCM and strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Maintenance/EAM.

The ideal candidate will have successfully delivered at least one full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation covering Maintenance/Asset Management and will be comfortable independently leading workshops, conducting fit-gap analysis, configuring solutions, managing testing, and supporting cutover activities.

The candidate should also have strong knowledge of Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Cost Management, and Maintenance-related integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Skills:

• 8-10+ years Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, with hands-on Maintenance/EAM configuration (asset hierarchies, work definitions, PM schedules, work orders)
• Working knowledge of Inventory Management as it touches maintenance/repair (sub inventories, transfer orders, issue-return transactions)
• At least 1 full-lifecycle implementation covering Maintenance/Asset Management scope
• Experience with integrations (inbound and outbound) from the Maintenance module is important
• Comfortable owning workshops, fit-gap, config, testing, and cutover with minimal oversight
• Ability to produce client-ready deliverables and present directly to stakeholders

• Secondary Skills:
• Complete working knowledge of the Manufacturing module
• Awareness of Cost Management module as a whole — including maintenance work order costing and manufacturing work order costing
