We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Manual Tester. As a Manual Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and analysis. You will work closely with our development team to identify and report bugs, defects, and inconsistencies, and collaborate on solutions to improve the overall quality of our products.

Responsibilities:

• Execute test cases and scenarios to identify software defects and inconsistencies.
• Document and prioritize bugs and issues found during testing.
• Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Perform regression testing to ensure that previously identified defects have been fixed.
• Participate in team meetings and discussions to contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding testing progress, issues, and resolutions.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing and quality assurance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 0-6 months of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with software testing methodologies and tools is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive manual test cases.
• Perform exploratory, functional, and regression testing across multiple releases.
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
• Prioritize testing tasks effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Required Skills:

• Solid manual testing expertise with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in functional, regression, and exploratory testing.

Good to Have (Optional):

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of professional experience in software QA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
