Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead and grow our Cold Chain Solutions business. The ideal candidate will be result-oriented, comfortable with field sales, and capable of managing client relationships while handling challenging situations with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities-

Develop and implement effective sales strategies for cold chain solutions

Identify and generate new business opportunities while managing key client accounts

Conduct regular field visits to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations using MS Excel and other reporting tools

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and timely delivery

Handle critical customer situations and objections in a professional and solution-driven manner

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

Required Qualifications & Experience-

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in cold chain, refrigeration, logistics, or related industries

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Good working knowledge of MS Excel and basic sales reporting

Ability to work under pressure and manage critical situations effectively

Willingness to travel for regular field visits

As a Staff Full-stack engineer, you will work across the Acceldata platform products. We’re looking for people with a strong background or inclination towards data engineering and systems; you’re comfortable in dealing with lots of moving pieces and can work at the  intersection of Databases, API's and Frontends

You will:          

• Be actively involved in strategic direction and product decisions.
• Design, build and maintain APIs, user-facing experiences, and services.
• Work closely with our customers and sales teams on a regular basis to carve out new features and use cases
• Work with MVC frameworks such as React or Angular 
• Work with database systems, RDBMS, Mongo, Elastic Search.
• Develop shared front-end components (JavaScript & CSS) for use across all of our products, enabling other UI engineers to build better products faster.

You need:      

• 8+ years of significant of web-application development experience in one or more JS frameworks. You care about building better products.
• Strong Computer Science fundamentals in data structures, algorithm design, and problem-solving.
• You're as comfortable writing plain JavaScript as working with modern frameworks like Angular. You've built your own controls and widgets in JavaScript. 
• You write unit tests for your JavaScript (really, you do). You've probably used Node. You have built complex JS web applications.
• Organized, thorough, and detail-oriented 

Good to have:

• Contribution to open-source projects.
• Background in enterprise software
• JVM performance tuning and debugging

We are looking for a Technical Lead - Java to join our awesome team and deliver a streamlined user experience. We want a team member who is well versed and comfortable spanning the full development lifecycle, from requirements identification and prototyping, through design and implementation. Engineering and Delivery

• Responsible for the quality and quantity of the engineering output.

• Work closely with the client & product management team to ensure we are building the best products & team is aligned to product goals.
• When necessary, act as Programmer, QA, Architect, PM, etc for short periods of time.

• Talk to engineers to tease out concerns early, then fix them when possible.
• Resolve conflicts or performance problems with engineers.
• Embody the engineering culture and contribute to its advancement, inspiring everyone to live up to it.
• Maintainer and contributor to our company engineering internal and public artifacts such as our quality standards and guidelines.
• Represent the engineering with other departments and ensure we provide engineering support wherever necessary in the company.

Strategy and Consulting

• Run and/or participate in project kick-offs.

• Define quality standards for client projects.

• BSc/BE/BTech in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• 4+ years Experience working with JAVA technology
• Knowledge of Spring boot, Spring MVC frameworks
• Knowledge of React and other JavaScript frameworks
• Good knowledge of operating systems and networking concepts
• Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills
