We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the sales strategy, managing the sales team, and achieving revenue targets. You will be crucial in expanding our customer base, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring the organization's overall growth. The official designation will be Customer Success Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

Mandatory Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role within the IT industry.
• In-depth IT industry knowledge, including software, hardware, networking, cloud-based solutions, and emerging technologies.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the sales team.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to analyse sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
