Drive brand visibility and audience growth by owning social strategy, content execution and community engagement end-to-end.

• Reports To: Head of Marketing / Brand Lead
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or related field preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Own the social media strategy and content calendar across all platforms
• Plan, brief and ship content in collaboration with design, video and copy teams
• Identify and adapt trending formats, sounds and cultural moments quickly
• Manage day-to-day community engagement across comments and DMs
• Analyze platform performance and adjust strategy based on data
• Manage influencer and creator collaborations where relevant
• Maintain publishing consistency using scheduling and content tools
• Report on growth, engagement and content performance to leadership
• Stay current with platform algorithm changes and best practices
• Run organic and lightly-boosted experiments to test new content formats

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 2-5 years managing brand social media accounts with demonstrable growth
• Strong platform-specific content expertise (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube Shorts)
• Experience briefing designers/editors and reviewing creative output
• Data-driven approach to content and campaign decisions

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience managing a brand through a viral or high-growth moment
• Hands-on influencer/creator collaboration experience
• Paid social boosting experience

Tools & Technologies

• Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later)
• Canva/Figma for quick creative reviews
• Analytics dashboards (native + GA4)

Strong Product, UI/UX Designer Profile, with a focus on B2B SaaS/ Enterprise Products

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience in Product design, with a strong track record in B2B SaaS

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have experience in designing for complex domains such as automation platforms, low-code platforms, data management tools etc

Mandatory (Tools) – Proficient in Figma and familiar with modern design tools such as Notion, Framer, Webflow, Builder.io, Zapier, Replit, Lovable.

Mandatory (Portfolio) – Strong portfolio showcasing case studies, user research and UX work for B2B Enterprise SaaS products

Mandatory (Background) - BDes / MDes from Good Design college (Diploma not considered) OR B2B SaaS Company

Mandatory (Skill) - Must have Good Communication Skills

• System engineering and implementation in Golang.
• Working on performance issues using creative experiments and internally developed product features.
• Research, propose, and integrate relevant open-source projects based on product objectives.
• Write organized, efficient, and well documented Python/Golang code as an example for junior engineers.
• Participation in all levels of product definition, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Must include the ability to discuss abstract system architectures from ideas through implementation and
• creatively apply domain experience to solve technical challenges.
• Mentoring software engineers, fostering an environment of trust and accountability.

• Strong Golang skills to develop framework(s).
• Hands-on to design & develop re-usable framework components.
• Hands-On experience on developing framework, designing re-usable framework components.
• Experience in engineering practices such as code refactoring, design patterns, design driven development,
• Continuous Integration, building highly scalable applications, application security and functional programming.

• Knowledge of Cloud native would be an advantage.
• Understanding of Kubernetes from Architecture side and also understand the Standard API.
• Code contributed to CNCF or similar community will be plus.
• Performance benchmarking of K8’s or any cloud will be added advantage.

• Deep understanding of technology and passionate about what you do.
• Background in designing high performant scalable software systems with strong focus to optimize hardware cost.
• Solid collaborative and interpersonal skills, specifically a proven ability to effectively guide and influence within a dynamic environment.
• Strong commitment to get the most performance out of a system being worked on.
• Prior development of a large software project using service-oriented architecture operating with real time constraints.
