An aesthetically pleasing design creates a positive response in people’s brains and leads them to believe the design works better. Role & Responsibilities:
The Creative Lead is responsible for overseeing the creation and execution of all creative
concepts and guidelines, ensuring they meet the brand's objectives, and elevating the brand's
visual identity. The Creative Lead manages a team of creative, develops creative strategies, and
collaborates with other teams to ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging.
