An aesthetically pleasing design creates a positive response in people’s brains and leads them to believe the design works better. Users often perceive aesthetically pleasing design as design that’s more usable. We need Visual Designers who know how to make their design interfaces usable, how to draw the user’s eye to the correct information and functionality., and how to prioritise content on a page through size, colour, and the use of negative space. We need visual designers who have mastered the basics of UI, graphic design, branding, and visual communication. This is because they have to translate a brand’s style and voice into a beautiful yet usable design. We take our design process seriously. So research via surveys, customer feedback, heat mapping, and analytics forms a core part of our process. Our designs go through an internal design checklist so that we achieve user goals while keeping in mind technical limitations. You need to be someone who’s flexible, agile, responsive and honestly, calm! You will be juggling multiple projects. The office environment is young and dynamic. It's a work-hard, play-hard culture. Role & Responsibilities:

The Creative Lead is responsible for overseeing the creation and execution of all creative

concepts and guidelines, ensuring they meet the brand's objectives, and elevating the brand's

visual identity. The Creative Lead manages a team of creative, develops creative strategies, and

collaborates with other teams to ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging.

Qualifications will include:

 Creativity skills, including graphic design, art direction, and visual storytelling

 Excellent communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional

teams and communicate ideas clearly and persuasively

 Experience in developing and implementing creative strategies

 Strong branding and brand management skills

 Proficiency in writing and copy writing skills

 Experience managing a team of creatives

 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design,

Advertising, Marketing or a related field

 Portfolio of work that showcases creative and strategic thinking

 Experience in the lifestyle or fashion industry is a plus

1. Conceptualizing visuals that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex user flows

• Should have experience researching problem statements and designing solutions that meet the desired UX goals and stakeholder requirements

• Should be able to rapidly prototype ideas; pen and paper will do for mockups. Should be familiar with prototyping tools or front end code for higher fidelity prototyping

• Good communication skills. Must be able to communicate idea to all stakeholders product, engineering and design

• Must have average above average knowledge of the Adobe Suite

• Must be able to look at the product as a whole to design workflows that scale

• Must be able to measure UX changes and suggest further improvements

• Should be able to build UI components that meet the desired UX. Should be able to understand and respect the UX

• Should follow the style guide and design according to the guidelines

• Understanding of typography, typographic grid, grid based systems, design frameworks and responsive design principles is required. Should be able to adapt and extend the style guide as required and define new UI components when needed

• Should be able to build reusable UI components

• Good communication with the product and engineering teams to assess feasibility of UI components

• Experience with motion/interaction design a plus

• Must know the Adobe Creative Suite well. Must also be familiar with prototyping tools

The incumbent will be entitled to the following responsibilities:

• Work closely with the product team to identify research questions.
• Plan and conduct interviews, user surveys, card sorting, and usability tests to understand user needs and find relevant solutions
• Help define and refine user personas.
• Present and communicate insights in order to help shape long-term product strategy.
• Create use cases and flow diagrams, and define information hierarchies.
• Write compelling, user-friendly copy that guides the user and embodies the voice of the brand.
• Design and prototype elegant interactive solutions.
• Work within brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce a brand's style or voice through its visual touchpoints.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to translate design appropriately.
• Provide support by participating in creative decision-making.

Requirements:

• 3 to 4 years of experience as a UI-UX Designer or a similar role.
• Bachelor's, associate's, or relevant program degree in design or art-related field.
• Portfolio of high-quality work and project samples.
• Mastery of foundational design concepts and visual principles, especially for the digital world.
• Up-to-date knowledge of design/CAD software like Adobe XD, InVision, Sketch/Illustrator/Affinity, Photoshop, Figma, etc.

• Bachelor/Diploma in Fine Arts or Multimedia Institution.
• Experience of 6+ years as Sr. Visualizer or Art Director in Creative/Ad Agency or Design Firm
• Hands-on experience in CorelDraw, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Able to understand the brief of the client & transform them into tangible designs.
• Visual thinker & Ideator, who can come up with concepts and ideas in a very creative and innovative manner.
• Experience in Print & Digital media
• Passed Commercial Art from a reputed institute
• Comfortable on both Windows and Mac.
