About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced US Accounting Executive with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, AP/AR cycles, two-way and three-way matching, and familiarity with Zoho Books. This is a night shift role aligned to the US timezone.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end handling of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
• Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve any NFS (Non-sufficient funds) or payment issues
• Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Manage two-way and three-way invoice matching processes
• Maintain records for bookkeeping and support documentation
• Handle month-end and year-end closures with accuracy and timeliness
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve accounting discrepancies
• Utilize Zoho Books or similar accounting tools for daily accounting activities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in US accounting operations
• Strong understanding of AP/AR cycles, vendor reconciliation, and bank reconciliation
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books or similar ERP/accounting software
• Familiar with bookkeeping practices, month-end, and year-end closing processes
• Working knowledge of two-way and three-way invoice matching
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities

Shift & Commute Details:

• Working Hours: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST (US Shift)
• Female Candidates: Must be open to relocate within a 5 KM radius of the office (Company provides one-way cab facility)
• Male Candidates: Must have their own transportation for commuting during night shifts

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Node.js backend developer to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Node.js development. Knowledge of frontend frameworks like React.js or Angular, AI-driven development, Python, and AWS is a plus.

• Roll out similar IoT systems across the globe
• Understanding the functional domain deeply.

• Install, configuration management, performance tuning and monitoring of Web, App and Database servers.
• Install, setup and management of Java, PHP and NodeJS stack with software load balancers.
• Install, setup and administer MySQL, Mongo, Elasticsearch & PostgreSQL DBs.
• Install, set up and maintenance monitoring solutions for like Nagios, Zabbix.
• Design and implement DevOps processes for new projects following the department's objectives of automation.

Job Purpose

• Creating functional and appealing features on Mobile and Web applications that enhance customer experience and user-friendliness and thereby result in growing the customer base and business revenues.

Key Deliverables

• Gathering and evaluating user requirements, designing elements and building navigation components in collaboration with the Product Team
• Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
• Conceptualising and building the page navigation buttons and search fields
• Developing UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how the application will function and look like
• Preparing and presenting innovative ideas to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems 
• Conducting layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Conceptualising, developing and implementing style standards on fonts, colours and images

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduation in Design with a specialisation in Application Design or Strategic Design or Interaction Design or Product Design or Information Design or Customer experience (not Fashion Design and Graphic Design)
• 10+ years of relevant work experience 
• Proven track record in conceptualising and developing successful, high-quality Mobile and Web applications

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer 
• Portfolio of design projects
• Knowledge of wireframe tools like Wireframe and InVision
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
