Role Overview

The HR Recruiter – Blue Collar Hiring will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of frontline restaurant staff including kitchen crew, service staff, stewards, housekeeping, and other operational roles. The role requires strong experience in high-volume hiring, sourcing from blue-collar talent pools, and managing recruitment pipelines across multiple restaurant locations.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage complete recruitment lifecycle for blue-collar roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Hire frontline staff such as Kitchen Crew, Commis, Service Staff, Stewards, Helpers, Housekeeping, and Delivery Personnel.

2. High-Volume Hiring

• Handle bulk hiring requirements for multiple restaurant outlets.

• Ensure timely closure of positions to maintain operational efficiency.

3. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline

• Source candidates through job portals, local networks, staffing vendors, walk-in drives, referrals, and community outreach.

• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified blue-collar candidates.

4. Stakeholder Coordination

• Collaborate with restaurant managers and operations teams to understand manpower requirements.

• Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth hiring processes.

5. Recruitment Drives

• Organize walk-in drives, campus hiring (for hospitality institutes), and local hiring campaigns.

6. Candidate Management

• Conduct initial screening and assess candidates for role suitability, attitude, and service orientation.

• Manage candidate communication and offer roll-out.

7. Data & Reporting

• Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring metrics, and candidate databases.

• Provide regular hiring reports to HR leadership.

8. Employer Branding

• Represent company’s culture and employer value proposition during recruitment drives and interactions.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in blue-collar / frontline hiring.

• Experience in hospitality, restaurant chains, QSR, retail, facility management, or similar industries is preferred.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Required Skills

Key Responsibilities:

Exchange Circular Compliance:

• Monitor, Analyze, and interpret circulars, notifications, and directives issued by exchanges (e.g., NSE, BSE) and regulatory bodies (e.g., SEBI).
• Assess the impact of new circulars on business processes and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., trading, operations, IT) to ensure timely implementation of applicable circular requirements.
• Maintain a circular tracker and ensure that actions taken are documented and auditable.
• Draft and update internal compliance manuals and SOPs based on circulars and regulatory changes.
• Communicate relevant regulatory changes across the organization in an accessible and actionable format.

Audit Management (Internal & External):

• Lead and coordinate periodic internal audits and regulatory/exchange inspections.
• Liaise with auditors (statutory, internal, SEBI, exchange-appointed) and ensure all required documentation and data are prepared and submitted.
• Address audit observations and implement corrective action plans in collaboration with other teams.
• Maintain audit logs, evidence, and historical audit records for regulatory reference and future inspections.
• Ensure closure of non-compliance issues raised during audits within stipulated timelines.
• Conduct periodic internal compliance checks to identify gaps and improve readiness for inspections.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Finance, Commerce, OR CA.
• 5-6 years of experience in compliance within a brokerage, stock exchange, or financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of SEBI regulations and exchange rules.
• Experience handling audits and regulatory inspections, including SEBI and exchange audits.
• Excellent document management, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with compliance tracking tools and audit software is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interface with regulators and auditors.

The role includes designing AI agents capable of handling complex tasks, optimizing workflows, and conducting A/B and beta testing to ensure robust, scalable performance under diverse conditions. 1. Design & Architecture:

 Architect and implement a multi-agent AI system using CrewAI for task collaboration, communication, and real-time logistics optimization.

3. A/B Testing & Experimentation:

 Develop and implement metrics for evaluating system performance (e.g., latency, accuracy, scalability).

 Use experimentation frameworks to test hypotheses and gather insights on system improvements.

4. Beta Testing & Real-World Simulation:

 Set up controlled beta testing environments that mimic real-world logistics operations.

 Simulate edge cases, bottlenecks, and high-load scenarios to ensure system robustness and scalability.

 Gather feedback from beta users and iterate on the system to address discovered issues.

5. Progress Demonstration:

 Develop dashboards and visualizations to showcase key performance indicators (KPIs) and test results.

 Implement tools to log and track agent interactions, decision outcomes, and error rates in real-time.

 Regularly present progress to stakeholders, highlighting improvements and areas for refinement.

6. Optimization & Scalability:

 Optimize multi-agent interactions and resource allocation for real-world logistics challenges.

 Ensure the system scales seamlessly for complex operations involving high volumes of agents and data.

7. Integration:

 Seamlessly integrate the multi-agent system with logistics platforms, such as Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).

Experience:

• 3+ years in AI development, with experience in multi-agent systems, logistics, or related fields.

• Proven experience in conducting A/B testing and beta testing for AI systems.

• Hands-on experience with CrewAI and LangChain tools.

• Should have hands-on experience working with end-to-end chatbot development, specifically with Agentic and RAG-based chatbots. It is essential that the candidate has been involved in the entire lifecycle of chatbot creation, from design to deployment.

• Should have practical experience with LLM application deployment.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

• Strong understanding of A/B testing platforms and methodologies for AI systems.

• Expertise in building beta testing pipelines and real-world simulation environments.

• Familiarity with distributed systems, reinforcement learning, and natural language processing (NLP).

• Proficiency in using LangChain tools for chaining tasks, knowledge retrieval, and reasoning.

• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Good to have experience in Cursor & MCP.

• Experience in setting up monitoring dashboards with tools like Grafana, Tableau, or similar.
