• Java / JavaScript Developer Job Description (Minimum 2 years Experience in Java)
• Good in Core Java, Multithreading, J2EE, web services (REST, SOAP).
• In-depth knowledge on Java Script and object-oriented technique .
• Should be able to work independently
• Familiar on Front-end technologies like AngularJS or Node JS or Spring boot is a real Plus

• Three plus years of experience in IT systems analysis and application program development

Excellent knowledge with proven implementation experience of:  Axiom Controller View V9 / V10 (2+ years’ experience).  Building and configuring Axiom workflows to solve complex business problems and mapping to Axiom data dictionaries.   XBRL and template disclosure submission including taxonomy, data point model and validations experience.   Knowledge of EU regulatory reporting requirements (COREP/Statistical) with strong Capital knowledge.  Packaging, deploying, branching Axiom solution including upgrades as part of the software development lifecycle.   Oracle PL/SQL.

• Key expertise areas: Client Server realtime communication, MYSQL-POSTGRES database
• Web protocols like: HTTP, MQTT and Web Sockets, Deadlock detection and locking techniques for mutual exclusion, hyper thread and multi threading server model
• Cloud based application management and interfacing it with 3rd party services, Payment gateways and REST APIs.
• Candidates with experience in Golang will be preferred
• Working experience in a Product StartUp (Internet/E-commerce) building scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Owning the entire marketing framework, including developing nurture campaigns, email sequences, transactional emails, SMS Campaign On-Page marketing (such as banners, Pop-ups, and offer campaigns)
• Excellent in writing email SMS and on-page campaign copies.
• Good understanding of HTML for (Email campaign building)
• Working understanding of Marketing automation, customer communication journey. 
• Worked on Landing page creation (drag and drop builder forms)

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree/MBA with equivalent experience of 2-4 years in Digital Marketing domain.
• Edu-tech and E-Commerce experience will be preferred.
• Experienced in campaign creation, journey building, lead nurturing, landing page optimiser.
• Familiar with Hubspot, Webengage, Clevertap, moengage is a plus.
• Extensive understanding of the digital marketing industry, best practices, user behaviour, and buyer’s psychology.
