Our clients range from government agencies to private companies and startups.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle on-page and off-page SEO activities.

2. Perform keyword research to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities.

3. Handle link development tasks for websites to get the website in top positions in search engines.

4. Promote websites/services with the help of available social media sites.

5. Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and the web.

6. Communicate and coordinate with subject matter experts, content/marketing managers, webmaster, and technology team to ensure SEO friendliness of the website/content.

7. Timely report generation to present metric for month-on-month comparison of efforts versus.

8. Plan and write the SEO strategy.

9. Provide ongoing client support for SEO strategy.

10. Being up-to-date with the latest SEO initiatives in the market.

 Build and manage productive, professional relationships with clients

 Ensure clients are using and deriving benefits from IndiaMART

 Ensure products/services in client’s e-catalog are accurately defined

 Maximize revenue by upselling other services and achieve

fortnightly, monthly client retention and revenue targets

 Systematic follow-up and time-bound closures

 Prompt resolution of complaints

 Daily 4-5 in person meetings (F2F) with clients onsite

Key Activities & Responsibilities:

• 2 - 3 years of hands on experience in development using Java
• In-depth of understanding of development process - Design, Development &Deployment
• Good understanding of Java JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON
• Experience in developing APIs and strong knowledge of API development framework like Spring Boot, Spring MVC
• Exposure to collaboration platform like Postman
• Good understanding of Databases like MySQL, MongoDB
• Knowledge of Web Service - SOAP, RESTful

• Good understanding of one of the frameworks - Angular / Node.js / jQuery /JavaScript
• Familiaritywith UI / UX Design
• Experiencein using development platforms like Eclipse / Visual Studio

• Collaborate with engineering, design and product teams to build and ship new features.
• Seeing through a project from conception to finished product using Agile methodologies.
• Maintain and improve web applications. Optimize applications for maximum speed

3-5 years experience in the website domain (preferably) | Worked on at least 1 e-commerce website

• Oversee responsibilities and timely execution of Web Executive
• Collaborate with SEO Team to implement strategies
• Liaise with Design and Development teams for tasks and projects
• Be proactive in pitching improvements to the websites
• Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade the client's website
• Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues
• Identify and respond to all website security breaches
• Ensure that the website is protected by enabling the appropriate security measures
• Conduct content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information
• Plan communication aligned with the brand’s strategy
• Ensure website quality and efficiency by conducting regular test plans
• Plan to improve the User Experience of the website regularly
• Collaborate with teams and management to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy
• Prepare and present strategies to grow website metrics that are important to the brand
• Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and monitor competitor websites
• Plan, strategise and track promotional campaigns
• Analyse, Strategise, plan and prepare monthly website performance and present to internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain tracker of all updates on the website
• Ensure Client satisfaction & smooth communication

• All mails must be responded to within 24 hours on working days and any conversation about on-going/upcoming projects over whatsapp/call must be documented on mail

• At least 2 blog/video case studies highlighting business impact through website strategies implemented (Maximum 1 per brand)
• Atleast 4 instagram and linkedin carousel features for Schbang page highlighting small wins through strategy implemented (Maximum 2 per brand)
