Role :
- The Strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a critical link between people, culture, and business growth. The role partners with business leaders and employees to ensure that our people agenda drives performance and operational excellence.
- The HRBP acts as a consultant, employee advocate, and change agent — anticipating people-related needs, shaping policies, and implementing practices that strengthen Artasia’s culture.
- The HRBP ensures that talent, capability, and culture are fully aligned with Artasia’s strategic objectives, enabling sustainable business performance and an inspired workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Source and engage top talent through job portals, social media, professional networks, internal referrals, and micromapping.
- Build strong talent pipelines for design, manufacturing, merchandising, and customer-facing functions.
- Conduct resume screening, competency assessments, and cultural fit evaluations.
- Manage interview coordination, candidate experience, and timely closure of hiring processes.
- Partner with business heads to negotiate and finalize offers aligned with budget and role expectations.
Onboarding
- Drive the Artasia Induction experience – introducing new hires to Artasia’s story, culture, and values.
- Coordinate documentation, agreements, and pre-joining engagement.
- Ensure workstations, tools, and mentors are ready for Day 1.
- Track onboarding milestones (30-60-90 days) and ensure seamless integration into teams.
Performance Management
- Partner with managers to set clear goals, monitor progress, and review outcomes.
- Facilitate performance reviews, ensure timely feedback, and track evaluation completions.
- Support creation and monitoring of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and capability gaps for action.
Learning & Development
- Assess employee competencies through analysis and gap mapping.
- Partner with Business Team to implement training calendars (functional, leadership, cultural).
- Collect post-training feedback, measure effectiveness, and drive continuous
- improvement.
- Maintain accurate learning records and compliance with training requirements.
Employee Relations
- Act as first point of contact for grievances, ensuring empathetic handling and
confidentiality.
- Document issues, facilitate resolutions, and mediate communication between
employees and managers.
- Ensure fairness, compliance, and consistency in all employee relations cases.
Engagement & Retention
- Execute employee engagement initiatives such as recognition, communication forums, cultural events, and R&R.
- Gather feedback via surveys, pulse checks, and focus groups to continuously improve workplace experience.
- Support retention by analyzing turnover patterns and implementing targeted interventions.
HR Compliance & Policy
- Implement HR policies aligned with statutory and Artasia standards.
- Conduct audits of HR processes to ensure compliance.
- Deliver periodic compliance awareness sessions for employees and managers.
Offboarding & Exit Management
- Manage resignations and separations with professionalism and empathy.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback, and track trends for preventive action.
- Ensure all documentation, asset returns, and knowledge transfers are completed smoothly.

Job Purpose:
The HR Business Partner will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business goals. The role involves driving employee engagement, performance management, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and change management within the assigned business unit.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Partnership
· Act as the single point of contact for the leadership team and employees in the assigned business unit.
· Understand business goals and develop HR strategies to support growth and performance.
· Translate business needs into HR solutions, and proactively provide data-driven insights.
2. Talent Management
· Support workforce planning, succession planning, and internal mobility.
· Identify talent gaps and build plans to bridge them through development or recruitment.
· Manage end-to-end performance management cycle: goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, and feedback sessions.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
· Build a strong employee connect and proactively resolve grievances, concerns, or conflicts.
· Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to drive motivation and retention.
· Act as a custodian of company culture and core values.
4. HR Operations & Compliance
· Ensure HR policies and processes are implemented and followed consistently.
· Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal audit requirements.
· Partner with HR CoEs (TA, L&D, C&B, etc.) to ensure efficient execution of HR programs.
5. Data & Analytics
· Use HR analytics to monitor key metrics like attrition, absenteeism, engagement, etc.
· Provide actionable insights to business and HR leadership.
Qualifications & Skills:
· MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute.
· 2–10 years of experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR Generalist role.
· Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
· Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
· Ability to influence leadership and drive change initiatives.
