Job description
We are looking for enthusiastic Telesales executives to join our team and drive sales through effective telephone-based outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell our products/services.
Sales Conversion: Effectively convert leads into sales by understanding customer requirements and offering tailored solutions.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and close sales opportunities.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to share best practices and improve sales strategies. Strong communication and negotiation skills

काम का विवरण:
टेलीसेल्स एक्जीक्यूटिव के रूप में, आपकी जिम्मेदारी होगी संभावित ग्राहकों को आउटबाउंड कॉल्स करना, लीड्स को बिक्री में बदलना, अवसरों पर फॉलो-अप करना और ग्राहक रिकॉर्ड्स को बनाए रखना। आपको बिक्री लक्ष्यों को पूरा करने के साथ-साथ एक गतिशील टीम के साथ सहयोग करना होगा।

• Hire and lead a team of Software Engineers in designing and building innovative solutions to disrupt Logistics industry using Technology
• Collaborate with Engineers and other Software Development Managers to ensure timely deliveries
• Partner with Product Managers to ensure bug-free delivery to satisfy and delight the customers
• Instill best practices for software development and documentation, assure designs meet requirements and deliver high-quality work
• Report on status of development, quality, operations and system performance to management
REQUISITES/PREREQUISITES:
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
•At least 7+ years of relevant experience which includes
a. 3+ years of experience in managing a team of 5+ Software Engineers
b. 4+ years of Software Development experience as an individual contributor
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of shipping complex software solutions through an agile methodology
•Ability to deep dive into the problems in order to help your team make the right technical decisions
•Proven track record of developing the career of your direct reports
•Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Proven abilities in managing through ambiguous situations

Understand and Influence functional and nonfunctional requirements while working with product manager to drive a Test
driven development
Instill best practices for development and testing and champion their adoption, Mentor junior engineers on software design,
coding practices and TDD strategies
Set ambitious targets for test coverage and ensure teams are achieving it
Testing the product at multiple levels to improve user experience, predictability, performance, capacity, and reduce defects,
downtime, etc
Differentiate testing at multiple stages for sanity, integration, regression, unit testing, acceptance and set process and
guidelines for these
Full automation of testing for load, functional, recovery, security, response time, scalability etc and benchmark the modules
against all these parameters
Actively improve the architecture and design of testing modules, choose correct technologies, frameworks and libraries and
ensure adoption by junior SDET
Write good quality, modular, reusable, performant, well documented code for testing
Create common libraries & Utilities to be used by multiple engineering teams
