Administrative Duties:
• Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring availability and organization.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
• Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems.
• Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
• Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Support various administrative tasks as required by management.
Front Office Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote products/services.
• Answer inbound calls and provide information to clients regarding services.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Gather feedback and insights from clients to improve service offerings.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues effectively.

The Difference You Will Make:
Key Responsibilities of the Sales Manager: -Ensures the smooth running of the sales department, where all aspects of the villa's pro-active sales initiatives are delivered and total revenue maximised -Works proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries and problem resolution -Develops and implements plans where sales initiatives & hotel targets are achieved -Leads and manages the sales team, fostering a culture of growth, development and performance within the department -Prepares and is responsible for the departmental budget, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained.

- +2 years experience working as a react.js developer.
- In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.

Purpose of the role:
- As a start-up, we have multiple flutter apps used by customers and operation folks. We need you to enlist various scenarios and automate their test cases.
- We release continuously every week; regression suite and exploratory test suites are extremely important for you to develop and maintain.
- Our web interfaces include those used by operations and our customer-facing websites. Testing the same and automation will be owned by you.
- Transform data in a format that aids easy decision-making for Product, Marketing and Business Heads.
- Understand the business problem, validate the same using the technology and certify for production - no hand-offs - full path to production is yours.
- You will deal with mobile-based front-ends, web front ends, REST APIs, and deal with the growing challenges.
Technical Expertise:
- Good knowledge and experience with programming languages - Dart, Flutter.

- 5+ years of experience in a Data Engineering role on cloud environment
- Must have good experience in Scala/PySpark (preferably on data-bricks environment)

- Expertise in database development projects with ETL processes.
- Manage and maintain data engineering pipelines
- Develop batch processing, streaming and integration solutions

Timings:
- 40 hours a week but with 4 hours a day overlapping with client timezone. Typically clients are in California PST Timezone.
