Telesales Executive

About the Role: As a UX/UI Design Intern, you will work closely with our Senior Designer to contribute to various design projects. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with wireframes, creating high-fidelity mockups, and collaborating with development teams to ensure seamless implementation. Additionally, you will participate in user interviews and feedback sessions to enhance our design processes.

Responsibilities:

-Collaborate with the Senior Designer to develop wireframes and UI elements.

-Create high-fidelity mockups and design handovers for development teams.

-Design visually stunning interfaces that enhance user experience.

-Assist in conducting user interviews and synthesizing key insights.

Requirements:

-We do not provide internships for graduation/academic projects; You should be a graduate or in the final semester of graduation.

-Outstanding portfolio demonstrating proficiency in typography, interaction and visual design, and ideation

-Sound understanding of Google Material Design principles.

-Proficiency with design tools such as Figma/Sketch/Adobe creative suite.

-Strong communication skills in person, written, and via video conferencing.

-Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback.

-A genuine passion for design and a curious, generous attitude towards learning.

Contacting current and potential clients to inform them regarding the product and service related.

Answering all queries and questions regarding the company and product.

Understanding customers’ requirements by asking questions and closing the deal.

Keeping the customer database maintained and updated.

Facilitating companies’ sales by going the extra mile and meeting a sales quota.

Keeping a record of all the sales calls and notes of useful information.

Requirements

1+ years of experience as a Tele caller or any similar role.

Proven track record of successfully achieving the sales quota.

Knowledge of computer programs like CRM and telephone systems.

Excellent interpersonal and communication, research, and record-keeping skills.

Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues.

Candidates with the knowledge of BFSI and Experience in BFSI and BPO should be given preference.

Having Hands on experience in designing and development of e-commerce applications using hybris 5.X framework.

Possess Extensive Experience working with Spring frameworks including Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Security and Spring Integration.

Experience developing hybris web-based, e- commerce applications in a project-based environment.

Expertise in Core Java, web technologies like J2EE, JPA, JDBC, JSP, Hibernate, Servlets, JMS, Web Services(SOAP, WSDL, REST, JAX-WS, JAX- RS), JavaScript, Java Beans, Log4j, CSS, JUnit, Batch Programming, Unix shell scripting and Oracle.

Experience in or equivalent experience in tools and softwares like Eclipse, RedHat Developer, Weblogic, JBoss, Websphere App Server, Apache tomcat, HP Quality Center, SQL DB Access tool

Should be well acquainted with J2EE design patterns like GOF, Composite, Decorator, Facade, MVC, Singleton pattern, etc.

Desired Experience

• Have published at least one original React JS Application.
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.

Roles 

Should be able to single-handedly build performant mobile apps on the React JS platform.
