UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business in liner shipping and container logistics.
• Manage existing client relationships and ensure service excellence.
• Negotiate rates, contracts, and agreements with customers.
• Achieve sales targets (volume, revenue, profitability).
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Provide sales reports and maintain accurate records.
• Develop new business opportunities in liner shipping, chartering (bulk, break bulk, or project cargo), and international forwarding.
• Maintain and expand a portfolio of shippers, consignees, brokers, and freight forwarders.
• Maintain database with accurate and updated client information, pipeline, and sales activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and freight rates to develop a competitive sales strategy.  

Backend (Primary Focus) ● Strong knowledge and experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts. ● Strong understanding of Java, Spring Boot, and REST API development. ● Experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD) with Spring Boot. ● Proficiency in developing APIs using Redis and relational databases (MySQL preferred). ● Strong understanding of the AWS cloud platform, with experience using services like S3, Lambda. ● Good understanding of code versioning tools (Git) and bug-tracking systems (JIRA, etc.). ● Knowledge of DocumentDB or any other NoSQL document database is a plus. Frontend (Good to Have / Preferred for Full-Stack Evaluation) ● Hands-on experience with React.js, including state management (e.g., Redux, Context API). ● Experience with modern UI development, including CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Material-UI, Bootstrap, etc.). ● Understanding of REST API integration and handling API calls efficiently in React. ● Familiarity with component-driven development and frontend testing (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).

Responsibilities:

• Execute campaigns on Facebook, Google Ads & other portals to drive growth.
• Work on optimization of campaigns through lever like CTR, conversion rate, average order value, etc.
• Analyzing & Reporting of Data & executing changes based on learnings.
• Coordinate with the design team to ensure campaign implementation.
• Planning & Testing of creatives & Audiences.
• Work on creatives & communication for the ads on various portals.

Must Haves: -

Experience: 1.5 - 2 years in Performance Marketing

Good written and verbal communication skills.

We are looking for a Senior Test Engineer who will work closely with the project team members and ensure the quality of the delivery.

• Develop automated tests for product validation (regression and integration).
• Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures (manual and automated).
• Integrate and execute automated tests in CI/CD environments
• Troubleshoot, and improve existing automation scripts
• Act as a lead team member as the team grows, providing support and training to other team members
• Execute test cases against various software applications and document the results
• Perform ad hoc testing of new and existing features to ensure they meet design requirements, quality,

    and usability standards

• Follow-up with and document resolution of bugs
• Maintain test cases for manual and automated tests
• Communicate defects to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

• Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in a diverse technology environment in a Quality Assurance role
• Experience developing testing strategies and test plans
• Experience creating and executing automated end-to-end tests, using tools such as Selenium,

    Cucumber, or other automation frameworks

• Exposure to ‘Leapwork’ is good to have. Expertise on Java, OOPS Concepts
• Good understanding of software development lifecycles
• Ability to work in multiple application environments

Strong data analysis, data verification, and problem-solving abilities

• Fluency in written and communication skills in English
• Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent organizational skills including, management of multiple assignments, setting personal goals and

    targets, and document management
