What part will you play?
- Apply design thinking to deliver end-to-end user experience solutions with a focus on user needs and business goals.
- Expertise in design user interfaces based on exploration of interaction design concepts and refinement of design through an iterative process.
- Responsible for delivering all aspects of design, from defining customer needs to delivering concepts and prototypes to UI specifications for development.
- Best Utilization of industry design standards and practices to define and implement design criteria, design guidelines, and design specifications.
- Collaborate closely with Project Lead, Project Manager and development team in planning, prioritizing, requirements analysis, task analysis, conceptual modeling, interaction design, and usability testing.
- Produce user requirements specifications, personas, storyboards, scenarios, user flow diagrams, wireframes, design prototypes, and design specifications.
Use your skills to move the world forward!
- Hands on expertise in using tools such as Abode XD, Photoshop, illustrator, Axure, Sketch
- Proficiency with UX design process, Lean UX methodologies will make valuable contributions
- Knowledge with HTML, CSS and JavaScript and Certifications in Interaction Design, UX design or Human computer Interaction is an advantage.
- Possess excellent facilitation, presentation and interpersonal skills will make valuable contributions.

A Tech. Lead needs to conduct the following responsibilities at work -
- Billability of at least 34 hrs per week (Util Target). Resource needs to ensure that assigned hours are utilized on each project.

- 5+ years of experience in software development.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience on large scale Data applications
- Good attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, ability to take ownership as appropriate
- Should be able to do coding, debugging, performance tuning, and deploying the apps to Prod.
- Should have good working experience Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, Hive, Yarn, File formats like Avro/Parquet)

- Partnering with the finance and benefits team to administer payroll and benefits
- Ensuring 100% statutory compliance of the store through attending monthly audits, follow up on non-compliance, vendor checks etc.
- Being the custodian of all labor notices for the store and aligning with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely response and closure of these notices
- Spreading awareness among the employees about gender sensitization
- Managing data and analysis to help stakeholders with relevant information on a need basis

What you must have:- Knowledge of HR processes and 3 to 4 years of experience in working in a fast paced startup environment
- High levels of discretion, integrity and confidentiality
- Proven ability to build strong partnerships and work collaboratively with managers, leaders and HR colleagues
