Python Backend Developer

We are seeking a skilled Python Backend Developer responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be on developing server-side logic to ensure high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end. You will also be responsible for integrating front-end elements built by your coworkers into the application, as well as managing AWS resources.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and robust backend services using Python
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL endpoints
• Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code
• Optimize components for maximum performance and scalability
• Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and other team members
• Troubleshoot and debug applications

Mandatory Technical Skill Set

• Implementing optimal data storage (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, S3)
• Python backend development experience
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions
• Implemented and managed containerization platforms such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
• Previous hands-on experience in:
• EC2, S3, ECS, EMR, VPC, Subnets, SQS, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Lambda, SageMaker, RDS, SES, SNS, IAM, S3, Backup, AWS WAF
• SQL

• 4+ Years of proven work experience as a WordPress developer.
• Good experience in building custom WordPress themes, custom  plugins  and configuring content using custom fields.
• Extensive experience in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience using CSS Grid, CSS Flexbox

• Building the website front-end and back-end from scratch without using any page builders.

Drupal Developer: Betsperts

Job description:
We are looking for a Drupal developer who can maintain our existing Drupal 7 website, design and develop new features, and should be able to upgrade to Drupal 8 when required.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and maintain applications to specified designs & standards in Drupal 7/8.
Develop & implement modern web services using service-oriented architecture, RESTful APIs, and SOAP.
Implement front-end interfaces & experiences with modern HTML/CSS/jQuery.
Test, troubleshoot, and optimize application components for maximum speed, security, stability, and scalability.

Skills Required:
2+ years of experience in Drupal.

About the Tech

• Good commercial experience building server-side applications and detailed knowledge of the relevant programming languages for your stack (i.e Java 8 or newer).

• A mindset of delivering secure, well-tested and well-documented software.
• Experience with relational databases.

The highly desirables:
