What You’ll Do

• Actively practice and evangelize customer-centric design thinking.
• Deeply understand business goals, distill them into design problems, and come up with elegant solutions.
• Own and drive the end-to-end process for solving UI/UX design problems: ideate, conceptualize, design, test and refine.
• Use quantitative data and qualitative feedback to inform the design decisions iteratively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, software engineers, customer success managers, and marketeers to design intuitive and engaging user .
• Create user scenarios, user journey workflows, wireframes, UI designs and interactive prototypes throughout software product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Will design & build property and casualty Insurance product using Duck Creek tool • Document technical / solution approach

• Will perform Coding, Unit Testing and Code Review In Duck Creek platform • Coach and help team members for their delivery Technical Expertise

• Must have deep understanding of Duck Creek Claim Administration System configuration.

• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into manuscript inheritance and group structure, including design of technical components.

• Experienced in Manuscript Coding & Configuration using Author, Product Studio, Express, Server and User Admin.

• Hands on experience in Claims Desktop, Console modules, Party Module, Task Creation, Claim Configuring, Extension and Advanced Extension points, Auto Reserves,

• Integration and configuration with Claim related third party

• Experience with SQL Server, customizing and Debugging SQL store, Triggers, User defined Functions / Types, Cursors and XQueries.

• Hands on development experience in Microsoft .NET including C#, ASP.NET and SQL Server

• Must be experienced in DCT debugging Tools (TraceMonitor, ExampleUtil, TSV Monitor and Data Tester).

• Must have XML and XSLT programing experience

• Must have working experience in Duck Creek product versions 4.x , 5.x, 6.x, 7.x Or latest Professional Attributes

• Should have good communication and team building skill

Job Purpose

Essential Skills 

• Reliable, Accountable, and Trustworthy

Experience in Test Automation Using Selenium 

1. Understanding Test Requirements and analyzing the Application under Test(AUT).

4. Debugging Test Cases and Fixing Errors. 

We are looking for a full stack developer having expertise in web development, with experience in React, NodeJS, Postgres. Should also have experience with API development & integration.

• Build data pipelines that clean, transform, and aggregate data from disparate sources
• Develop, maintain and optimize ETLs to increase data accuracy, data stability, data availability, and pipeline performance.
• Engage with Product Management and Business to deploy and monitor products/services on cloud platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with advances in data persistence and big data technologies and run pilots to design the data architecture to scale with the increased data sets of consumer experience.
• Handle data integration, consolidation, and reconciliation activities for digital consumer / medical products.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in Computer Science, Information management, Statistics or related field
• 5+ years of experience in the Consumer or Healthcare industry in an analytical role with a focus on building on data pipelines, querying data, analyzing, and clearly presenting analyses to members of the data science team.
• Technical expertise with data models, data mining.
• Hands-on Knowledge of programming languages in Java, Python, R, and Scala.
• Strong knowledge in Big data tools like the snowflake, AWS Redshift, Hadoop, map-reduce, etc.
• Having knowledge in tools like AWS Glue, S3, AWS EMR, Streaming data pipelines, Kafka/Kinesis is desirable.
• Hands-on knowledge in SQL and No-SQL database design.
• Having knowledge in CI/CD for the building and hosting of the solutions.
• Having AWS certification is an added advantage.
• Having Strong knowledge in visualization tools like Tableau, QlikView is an added advantage
