Accounting and Compliances

• Responsible for day to day accounting function of the organization 
• Responsible for monthly/ yearly book closing
• Responsible for all statutory compliances including TDS, RBI, MCA etc.
• Ensuring adequate controls are in place
• Managing the payroll process

Lender Management

• Accurately calculating the billing amounts 
• Managing the invoicing & collection process

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Responsible for the weekly/monthly MIS Reporting – internal as well as investor reporting 
• Analysing the variances from the forecasted numbers

Taxation

• Managing the Corporate taxes including the tax audit
• Managing in the Indirect taxes including Goods and Service Tax

Treasury

• Monitoring the day-to-day cash and bank movements to calculate the free cash flows

We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to monitor defined business functions and strengthen/build processes that meet our business needs. Business Operations Manager responsibilities include tracking business results and monitoring production KPIs. To be a successful Business Operations Manager, you should have experience in the same or similar role, managing all business operations and setting goals across your department/team. You should also demonstrate great leadership skills and be able to communicate the vision of the company across all levels. Ultimately, you will ensure that all business functions related to your line of work are in line with our strategic goals.

NW JD Network Lead designs, plans and develops Enterprise network device configurations, End Point connectivity and Network security participating in service flow discussions and deployment architecture. Establishes monitoring, maintenance procedures, support, and optimization of all network hardware, software, and communication links. This position will be working on an engineering and project team providing solutions and new implementations. Design cost-effective data communications solutions to meet new and evolving requirements Plan and execute the installation of new networking components to fulfil business requirements Support the design and analysis of network improvements and enhancements. Provide analysis to support performance tuning and capacity planning Provide troubleshooting and problem solving support for network issues. Monitor system hardware and software and manage system performance Determine capacity and performance planning goals. Maintain documentation of network configuration and records relating to network hardware and software Manage projects directly related to the area of assigned responsibility and other general network projects. Serve as technical consultant on new request from client. Technical expertise to other network engineers and IT department team members. Efficiently manages work across multiple networks and related systems. Preferred Skills: Certifications Industry Certification: CCNP or CCIE Expert knowledge of Network Systems and emerging technologies, experience on projects around Cloud and SAAS platforms. Advancing knowledge in other areas of Infrastructure Design and Management Advanced Knowledge of support and administration of Network Management tools Experience supporting MDM, Firewalls, Load Balancers, Riverbed WAN Optimizers & Infoblox technology.

Desired Skills: CCNP/CCIE, Strong Routing & Switching background (8 years+ experience) Strong Understanding of L2/L3 switching and MPLS (WAN) technologies Experience with Firewalls & Load Balancer technologies Experience with Forescout NAC & Infoblox Experience with Network monitoring tools (PRTG) Experience with optimization appliances Experience with scripting and automation. The primary responsibility of this role is to handle technical requests filed by the end users of the product, handle troubleshooting and resolve errors.

Key job responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Issues
• When technical issues with the product arise, production support engineers must act quickly to analyze the available data and find the root cause of the problem. They may then develop a solution themselves or pass the problem on to other engineering team members, all the while providing users with progress updates.
• Contribute to Product Development
• Production support engineers participate in all stages of the product development process, including designing, building, and testing. They also create useful tools such as internal software to automate key processes or platforms where customers can send inquiries and reviews.
• Assist Users
• This role entails interacting with product users, often external customers but sometimes also employees. These interactions can occur in various setups, including in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, and live messaging chats. In all of these cases, it’s vital to address concerns promptly and maintain a helpful attitude.
• Prepare Technical Documentation
• Production support engineers prepare extensive documentation when logging product issues, as they must note all details, including their observations, diagnoses, and action steps. Other common tasks include weekly reports summarizing production performance, release notes for upgrades, and troubleshooting guides.
• Suggest Improvements
• Because production support engineers deal with product issues first-hand, they can readily suggest overall product improvements, such as features that customers want. Ideally, they should also proactively evaluate engineering processes and provide recommendations to increase efficiency

Basic Skills & Qualifications

• 1-5 years of relevant experience.
• Should be familiar with Database tools (such as excel or MySQL)
• Should be familiar with Industry-specific tools (such as programming languages)
• Should be familiar with Customer support software (such as Zoho Desk, Zendesk, or LiveAgent)
