UX Designer

We are looking for a user-experience and user interface designer responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes.

We are the largest online legal / tax / compliance service providers in India. Our business is technology driven and our app is already servicing customers across India and abroad.

UX Engineer will be responsible for on-time and quality delivery of all deliverables for the product. Depending on requirements, as a product engineer, she/he will be responsible for delivering all or some of the following.

• Conducting and executing research processes, Usability Audits under the guidance of Lead UX Engineer
• Creating personas and establishing the critical information flow that allows the personas to establish specific goals
• Wireframes
• Navigation Structures
• Storyboards
• Interactive Guidelines
• Click through Prototypes
• Low fidelity grid based HTML outputs
• Information Architecture presented in flow diagrams. Currently we are using Miro for this - We consider this very important as it clearly establishes your line of thought against the given problem

  Responsibilities:

  • Ideate and design of innovative solutions using the latest UX design guidelines
  • Must have the ability to work within a design team and be open to critique
  • Sketch ideas and assist with storyboard creation, creative collaborative personality
  • Work with project team and be actively involved in all aspects of the work
  • Proactively identify opportunities and deliver improvements; follow agile methodology
  • Facilitate product visions by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences
  • Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
  • Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions
  • Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features
  • Translate concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences
  • Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs

  Key Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of current UI/UX trends and product design guidelines
  • Proficiency in using multiple tools and techniques in order to arrive at the right solutionNow we need to conduct test remotely for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/UI Design

  Expectations:

  • Hands-on experience with User Research, Usability Testing (Guerrilla,A/B), Information Architecture, UCD (User Centered Design) and Prototyping.

  HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus. We are asking this to build POCs of your low fidelity grids and bring them to life

• The role will involve creating and iterating digital products along with the various product teams. No mundane DTP work. The design team is clearly positioned as the voice of the customers.

Role

The role of the Ui/Ux Designer is to envision how people experience our products and bring that vision to life in a way that feels inspired, refined, and even magical. • Strong knowledge & relevant experience of design tools like Figma, Principle, Framer, • Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent self-management skills.
• Previous experience at a startup or in-house creative team, a plus

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for envisioning, defining, and owning our Product design strategy. You’ll work with product, operations, business, and content teams to understand customer pain points, unrealized wants to drive better user experience and customer satisfaction. You’ll own design standards, and execution while leading a team of passionate product designers, conducting and facilitating research.

Responsibilities

• Plot user journeys, research plans, mocks, prototypes, documentation, and quality checks
• Work closely with product designers, and product managers in designing, and iterating on product features across web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct research, and experiments in partnership with internal and external research teams
• Drive design leadership, and design thinking within the organization
• Lead and manage a team of product designers
• Skills: Design thinking, Wireframing, Figma, Adobe Creative suite, User research
