Position Overview

As a Software Developer Intern at F22 Labs, you’ll have the opportunity to work across the stack—whether you’re drawn to crafting responsive user interfaces, building scalable backend services, or diving deep into both worlds. You'll collaborate closely with designers and developers, contribute to live projects, and sharpen your technical skills in a high-energy, learning-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build responsive UI using HTML, CSS (Tailwind), React, and TypeScript.
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js with Express or NestJS.
• Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL endpoints.
• Collaborate with team members to bring features to life from concept to deployment.
• Troubleshoot bugs and optimize performance across the stack.
• Use Git for version control and participate in code reviews.
• Stay current with tech trends and contribute ideas to enhance the product and team workflow.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Solid foundation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS, React, and ideally Next.js.
• Familiarity with Node.js and its frameworks (Express, NestJS).
• Understanding of databases: MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL.

• Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows.
• Bonus: Experience with LLM-based tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor).
• Bonus: Exposure to Docker, AWS, or other cloud platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Demonstrated coding experience through personal or academic projects.

• Outstanding experience in Web Development based on Vue.js.

Regarding the job role: 

The Senior Developer is responsible for running the day to day operations of a group of developer/s. The individual should exhibit proven experience on our technology stack and product. Our technology stack is primarily written in React, Node + Express with Apollo, GraphQL, Typescript and MySQL on AWS Cloud Services.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute at a senior level to the development process.
• Own the product development lifecycle with the team.
• Work closely with the subordinates both at the technical as well as troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Manage developer allocations on tasks to best utilise time and resources.
• Work with Product Managers and the team to ensure that commitments are met.
• Responsible for the quality of work completed.
• Ability to do code reviews and maintain the quality standards. 
• Ability to conduct manual server deployments and automate the same. 
• Mentor and stimulate team member career growth.

Qualification:

BE/ME in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related subject, MCA, MSc(IT) or equivalent degree.

Required Skills:

• 4-6 years of proven software development experience with React, Node/Express, CSS/Bootstrap, HTML5 and MySQL or any RDBMS Server.
• Experience in TypeScript, GraphQL, TypeORM, styled components.
• Familiarity with Webpack and bundling the web applications for server deployment.
• Experience using AWS Toolchain or any other public cloud providers.
• Familiarity with shell scripting to automate deployment processes. 
• Ability to write robust, maintainable applications.
• Ability to build and work with distributed, high-volume backend services.
• Have a great understanding of system design, data structures, object-oriented programming and software engineering principles.
• You should have experience in identifying, debugging and resolving complex production issues.
• Awareness of continuous deployment tools such as Jenkins or other DevOps tools will be an advantage.

Job Description For PHP/Laravel Developer

We are looking for a PHP Developer to join our team of professional developers. The candidate is responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.

Required Experience and skills:

- Working experience in PHP, MySQL and Javascript

- Working experience of any MVC framework Laravel, Codeigniter etc.

• Lead the engineering effort across projects 
• Interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages including Application Architecture, Design and Development
• Understand client's business requirements and be able to map them to technology solutions and make them work
• Design and build modern solutions informed by a deep understanding of cloud architecture and how distributed systems operate at scale
• Provide regular support and guidance to teams on complex coding, issue resolution and execution 
• Establish and enforce best development and engineering practices including QA and DevOps

• Deep knowledge of relational databases, SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience with Graph databases like Neo4j is desirable.
