The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Android development, comfortable using AI-assisted IDEs such as Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, or similar environments, and eager to deliver clean and efficient code. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize Android applications that provide seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Android applications.
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient Java code using AI-based tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, etc.).
• Build dynamic and responsive UI layouts using XML, optimized for various screen sizes and resolutions.
• Work with SQLite and Room Database for local data storage and management, including writing optimized SQL queries.
• Integrate SOAP and RESTful APIs for backend connectivity.
• Ensure app performance through efficient multi-threading, memory management, and performance tuning.
• Implement cloud messaging, push notifications, and MVVM architectural patterns.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and QA teams to deliver feature-rich applications.
• Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and code reviews to ensure app quality and stability.
• Stay updated with the latest Android technologies, AI coding tools, and Google guidelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Android application development.
• Strong programming, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Expertise in Android SDK, Android Studio, and Material Design principles.
• Proficiency in XML, SQLite, and Room Database.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Data Structures.

The Senior Data Scientist will lead the data science team, conduct statistical analyses, develop data models, and interpret complex data to provide actionable insights. Responsibilities:

• Build and scale production infrastructure in AWS for the HappyFox platform and its products.
• Research, Build/Implement systems, services and tooling to improve uptime, reliability and maintainability of our backend infrastructure. And to meet our internal SLOs and customer-facing SLAs.
• Proficient in managing/patching servers with Unix-based operating systems like Ubuntu Linux.
• Proficient in writing automation scripts or building infrastructure tools using Python/Ruby/Bash/Golang
• Implement consistent observability, deployment and IaC setups
• Patch production systems to fix security/performance issues
• Actively respond to escalations/incidents in the production environment from customers or the support team
• Mentor other Infrastructure engineers, review their work and continuously ship improvements to production infrastructure.
• Build and manage development infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines for our teams to ship & test code faster.
• Participate in infrastructure security audits

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in handling/building Production environments in AWS.
• At least 2 years of programming experience in building API/backend services for customer-facing applications in production.
• Demonstrable knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP and DNS fundamentals.
• Experience in deploying and managing production Python/NodeJS/Golang applications to AWS EC2, ECS or EKS.
• Proficient in containerised environments such as Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes
• Proficient in managing/patching servers with Unix-based operating systems like Ubuntu Linux.
• Proficient in writing automation scripts using any scripting language such as Python, Ruby, Bash etc.,
• Experience in setting up and managing test/staging environments, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in IaC tools such as Terraform or AWS CDK
• Passion for making systems reliable, maintainable, scalable and secure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to address, escalate and express technical ideas clearly
• Bonus points – if you have experience with Nginx, Postgres, Redis, and Mongo systems in production.

• Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
• Monitor the program on 500+ accounts across all domestic sales channels and pinpoint ways to penetrate new markets
• Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
• Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them
• Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics
• Provide daily report of field sales success and communicate VOC data to superiors

Technical Experience 

• Solid understanding of and experience in BlockChain Development preferred 
• 2+ years of Blockchain application development experience on platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, BigchainDb, Multi-Chain.  
• Experience in solution building on Blockchain technology.  
• Experience on development tools such as Geth, Hyperledger Fabric/Sawtooth, Composer, Solidity Remix Functional  
• Basic understanding of Web applications architecture and protocols. 
• Any additional expertise with Python, containerization (Docker) and additional Cloud exposure also a huge plus
• Any previous integration expertise, Strong in Agile, Banking or Financial Service development expertise, as well as software development in a large Enterprise environment, also required Security Architecture / Cryptography
• Front-end development experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ES6/TypeScript Angular, Node.js, ReactJS . 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Automated testing of complex SPA Web application (brand-new software products based on unified platform, new features, bug verification), requirement testing, analysis and clarification (direct communication with product owner),
