Responsibilities:
1. Apply instructional design theories, such as ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, and adult learning principles, to create effective and learner-centric training materials.
2. Demonstrate a solid background in e-learning design principles, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning objectives and analyze the target audience's needs, characteristics, and existing knowledge.
4. Develop visually appealing and interactive storyboards using MS PowerPoint to outline the flow and structure of e-learning modules.
5. Create engaging and compelling scripts and narrations for instructional videos, ensuring alignment with learning objectives.
6. Develop instructional materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, videos, and assessments, ensuring they are engaging, informative, and meet the defined learning outcomes.
7. Proficiently use Articulate Storyline to design and develop interactive e-learning modules that enhance the learning experience.
8. Edit and enhance video content using Camtasia, ensuring a seamless and engaging visual experience for learners.
9. Possess a strong understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and the ability to integrate e-learning content into various platforms.
10. Communicate complex ideas effectively through clear and concise written content, ensuring a high standard of English proficiency.
11. Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders to refine and enhance instructional materials, making improvements based on constructive input.
12. Stay informed about industry trends, educational technologies, and instructional design methodologies, participating in professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field, or certification or diploma in Instructional Design.
2. Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
3. Proficiency in using instructional design software and tools (Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Illustrator).
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
Job description
Content Developer
- Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term organizational goals
- Create, manage, and deliver engaging training across multiple mediums and multiple learning styles including: face to face, mobile, on-line, video and via other broad reach vehicles
- Create and ensure the content team uses standardized instructional design and style
- Stay up-to-date with technology and e-learning developments and generate new ideas to draw targeted customers attention
- Produce Courses on time and on budget and align those programs with an overall learning outcomes strategy
- Work with SMEs to Identify customer needs and pain points
- Offer training solutions by conducting needs assessment and design appropriate programs to train or retrain personnel
- Utilize authoring tools in E-Learning Technology to build E-Learning courses

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Review training content and assessments. The review parameters include (but are not limited to) the following:
○ Rewrite the training content wherever necessary to simplify it or to make it more age
appropriate.
○ Create engaging learning activities and provide exercises and activities that enhance
the learning process.
○ Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness
of course.
○ Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional
design.
○ Suggest instructional enhancements to the content and assessments so the learning
experience is superior.
○ Check if all the training assets follow the instructional guidelines.
○ Work with subject matter experts to identify target audience’s training needs
○ Do a thorough language review.
○ Do a thorough formatting check and fixes.
- Brainstorm with the content developer to storyboard the concepts introduced in a lesson/chapter.
- Create guidelines and templates as and when needed.
- Conduct audits of the live classes to check how the content is getting translated into the actual class experience.
- Give inputs for process improvements.
Skill Set:
- General:
- In-depth understanding of activity based teaching-learning methods with a strong knowledge of pedagogies to teach 21st Century Skills.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in instructional design and/or content writing.
- Experience in editing documents with an eye for details.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards.
- Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
○ Must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the

- Technical:
- Understanding of Object-Oriented concepts.
- Basic understanding of core programming concepts with teaching skills will be an asset.
- Good exposure on-
