Roles & Responsibilities:

 3+ years of experience developing mobile apps.  Experiencing fine tuning applications to improve performance and memory utilization.  Thorough understanding of iOS development for iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad devices.  Experience of design and development of iOS applications, preferably in an Enterprise setting  Proficient with Xcode, Objective-C, and Cocoa Touch  Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, SQLite, MapKit, UIKit, Core Location, etc.  String knowledge in Restful, SOAP APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services  Strong knowledge of Storyboard, Autolayout, ARC.  Experience of design and development of iOS applications, preferably in an Enterprise setting  Proficient with Xcode, Objective-C, and Cocoa Touch.  experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, SQLite, MapKit, UIKit, Core Location, etc  Experience with offline storage, threading, multitasking, and performance and memory tuning with  tools  (such as Instruments).  Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines  Knowledge of low-level C-based libraries is preferred  Knowledge of Graph APIs is preferred.  Familiarity with cloud message APIs, Local and push notifications  Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (such as Git, TFS or SVN)  Familiarity with continuous integration.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review training content and assessments. The review parameters include (but are not limited to) the following:

○ Rewrite the training content wherever necessary to simplify it or to make it more age

appropriate.

○ Create engaging learning activities and provide exercises and activities that enhance

the learning process.

○ Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness

of course.

○ Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional

design.

○ Suggest instructional enhancements to the content and assessments so the learning

experience is superior.

○ Check if all the training assets follow the instructional guidelines.

○ Work with subject matter experts to identify target audience’s training needs

○ Do a thorough language review.

○ Do a thorough formatting check and fixes.

• Brainstorm with the content developer to storyboard the concepts introduced in a lesson/chapter.
• Create guidelines and templates as and when needed.
• Conduct audits of the live classes to check how the content is getting translated into the actual class experience.
• Give inputs for process improvements.

Skill Set:

1. General:

• In-depth understanding of activity based teaching-learning methods with a strong knowledge of pedagogies to teach 21st Century Skills.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in instructional design and/or content writing.
• Experience in editing documents with an eye for details.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards.
• Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

1. Technical:

• Understanding of Object-Oriented concepts.
• Basic understanding of core programming concepts with teaching skills will be an asset.

UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. You have a demonstrated track record of content and linguistic background, ideally in digital products. Maybe you've been called a copywriter, or a content designer, brand manager or a content strategist in a previous role. Maybe you're a UX research or a designer who has become more focussed on language. You're someone who can communicate and present the decisions and constraints within a project.

You've worked on complex projects before. You have a strong opinion on how copy and communication can be applied to product development. You are a fast, iterative thinker who can partner with any relevant department.
