• Collaboration: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with educational institutions, organizations & other stakeholders to expand the company's reach and influence in the EdTech sector.

Qualification and experience:

• Proven working experience as a State Sales head in K-12 or CBSE school business, 
• Proven sales track record, computer Proficiency for proposal development & CRM tools
• Market knowledge, strong relationship is expected with ability to build rapport
• Good analytical & Strong problem solving skills, listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients, able to work under pressure in result oriented manner
• Graduate from any branch computer science, MBA, BA, B.Com  
• Edtech/Book publisher or sales & marketing experience are added advantages

Job Title: QA Salesforce Automation Engineer

Experience: 6+ Years

Location: Hybrid – Bangalore

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Salesforce Automation Engineer with 6+ years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce testing, with hands-on experience in automation tools such as Selenium, Provar, or TestNG. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining automated test scripts, executing test cases, identifying bugs, and ensuring the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications. A solid understanding of Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) and APIs is essential. Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and version control systems like Git is preferred. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define test strategies and improve the overall QA process. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility and a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality enterprise solutions.

• Good understanding of functional programming paradigms and UI architecture patterns
• A decent understanding of cloud infrastructure like AWS to orchestrate and manage our applications.
• Experience with testing frameworks like JEST, modern auth mechanisms, and server-side rendering through frameworks like NextJS
• Experience with backend technologies like JAVA, and Kotlin would be good to have.

Product Development

• Ability to scope, review and refine user stories for technical completeness and to resolve dependency risks.
• Well-versed in working in an agile environment and being involved in different stages of SDLC - Design, Development, Code Review, Testing, and Release Management

Requirements

• B.S./M.S/Equivalent in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent experience
• Fluency in Java/C++ with 15+ years of experience developing production-level software
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, multi-threaded and asynchronous programming models and their use in developing distributed and scalable systems
• 8+ years experience in developing complex and scalable distributed systems and delivering, deploying, and managing microservices successfully
• Subject Matter Expert in one or more of query processing or optimization, distributed systems, concurrency, micro service based architectures, data replication, networking, storage systems
• Experience in taking company-wide initiatives, convincing stakeholders, and delivering them
• Expert in solving complex, unknown and ambiguous problems spanning across teams and taking initiative in planning and delivering them with high quality
• Ability to anticipate and propose plan/design changes based on changing requirements 
• Passion for quality, zero downtime upgrades, availability, resiliency, and uptime of the platform
• Passion for learning and delivering using latest technologies
• Hands-on experience of working projects on AWS, Azure, and GCP
