Position: French Project Coordinator

Primary Skills: project management,  B2 Level - French Language Expertise, English proficiency, Interpersonal skills 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various data analysis teams on projects for international clients.
• Manage and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, ensuring all client requirements are addressed.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
• Organize and coordinate tasks with the development team to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor progress and perform quality control checks to ensure high standards are met.
• Verify and validate new products to ensure they meet client specifications.

Qualifications:

• At least 1+ year of experience in project management.
• Proficiency in French at a minimum B2 level.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and teams.
• Highly adaptable and able to manage change in dynamic project environments.
• Proactive and solution-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.

What are we looking or

1. Experience in Sales and/or customer consulting

2. Ability to understand and handle data sets through google sheets and Excel

Job Role:

1. Convert highly qualified leads into  members, by consulting and guiding them based on their conditions and requirement

2. Assess ways to optimize the overall top-of-funnel lead flow at Savage by working with external communities

3. Create weekly reports on work done, what worked and what did not work.

4. Be the voice of prospective customers in the system

• Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
• Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
• Help team in technical challenges
• Code review and deployment
• Technical documentations
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
• Familiarity with Restful APIs.
• Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules.
• Should be able to understand the requirements & Develop web application.

• Proven experience in Software Development

• Experience developing web applications

• Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) 

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Requirements:

• Experience of managing Engineering teams in an Agile environment.
• Expert knowledge of delivering solutions in Azure cloud within a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Great understanding of DevOps principles and how they assist in taking products to market in an effective manner.
• Experience of Automation/Configuration management tools as well as working in a continuous delivery environment, monitoring and tooling.
• Knowledge and experience in Azure, Kubernetes, Containerisation, Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Experience in managing permissions in Azure DevOps.
• Working experience in Application Gateways, App Services, Front-Door, Azure Service Bus, etc.
• Troubleshooting experience in virtual/cloud infrastructures.
• Experience in delivery of projects using IAC (Infrastructure as Code).

• Actively participate in all the Scrum Ceremonies
• Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules / applications
• Document the functionality developed.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and make constructive suggestions for change.
• Provide deliverables with high quality by the committed timeline

• Must have good experience in Symfony Framework otherwise in ZendFramework / Laravel.
• Candidate must have Strong command in Mysql, Mongodb etc.
• Ability to apply OOP concepts during development.
• Must have Hands-on experience in AWS Services
• Must have Hands-on experience in code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Exposure and experience working in Agile methodology.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and love technical challenges.
