What you’ll actually be doing: 

• Edit daily content from original and repurposed footage
• Trim, score, caption and add graphics until it lands
• Help storyline and script — spot the moment inside the raw footage
• Maintain the A-roll / B-roll, music and meme library
• Chase trends and ship cuts built to travel

You won’t just assemble clips. You’ll decide what makes the final frame.

What we need from you:

• 1+ year editing with a strong reel
• Working fluency in Premiere, After Effects and Final Cut
• Calm under deadline and fast on the keys
• Telugu is a must

Bonus points if you:

• Familiarity with motion graphics, 3D and compositing
• A feel for local culture and political context
• A reel with work that actually went viral

About the Role

We’re looking for an exceptional Video Editor & Motion Graphics Specialist to join our creative team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller who can transform raw footage into compelling, brand-aligned videos. From snappy social media edits to cinematic campaign films, you’ll bring ideas to life through seamless editing, motion graphics, and visual effects that captivate our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality short-form and long-form videos for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Design and animate engaging motion graphics — including typography, lower-thirds, explainer visuals, and VFX.
• Collaborate with the creative, content, and marketing teams to bring stories to life.
• Maintain a consistent brand tone and visual identity across all video content.
• Enhance storytelling with sound effects, transitions, and background scores.
• Perform color correction, stabilization, and post-production refinements.
• Organize media assets efficiently and ensure timely project delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, transitions, and formats in digital video.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in professional video editing and motion graphics (agency, production, or digital content background preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing both short-form (Reels, Shorts) and long-form (YouTube, ads, explainers) work.
• Excellent visual sense, pacing, and narrative flow.
• Proficiency in creating 2D motion graphics and animation.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively.
• Creative problem-solving and attention to detail.

Technical Skills – Must Be Proficient In

• Core Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve – for professional cutting and assembly.
• Motion Graphics/VFX: After Effects – for motion graphics design, compositing, and visual effects.
• Audio: Adobe Audition – for mixing, enhancement, and professional sound design.

Optional but Preferred:

• CapCut Pro, Descript, or Runway (AI-assisted editing).
• Frame.io or similar tools for collaborative review.

Preferred Qualities

• Strong creative instincts and a passion for storytelling.
• Awareness of social media trends and high-performing video formats.
• Receptive to feedback and thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Highly organized with excellent time management.
