As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients, assisting them in selecting products and services that meet their interior design needs, and contributing to the overall success of our firm.

MUST HAVE 1YR OF EXP INTO INTERIOR DESIGN BACKGROUND AND SALES EXP.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service: Provide exemplary customer service by greeting clients, assessing their needs, and guiding them through the selection process.

2. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, including furniture, accessories, lighting, and design consultation services.

3. Sales Generation: Actively engage with clients to identify opportunities for sales, upselling, and cross-selling of products and services.

4. Consultative Selling: Utilize your knowledge of interior design principles to offer personalized recommendations and design solutions to clients.

5. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.

6. Order Management: Assist clients with placing orders, processing payments, and coordinating delivery and installation.

7. Merchandising: Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment, ensuring that products are properly displayed and inventory levels are monitored.

8. Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, such as maintaining client records, generating sales reports, and responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in person.

9. Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including designers, project managers, and administrative staff, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

10. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and best practices in interior design and sales techniques.

Looking for candidates only with tier 1 colleges OR have experience in a product-based company.

You will be designing front-end architecture with architectural guidelines in mind (secure,high-performing, scalable, extensible, flexible, simple).
● Architect, Design and develop front-end applications.

Desired Skills
● Minimum 6+ years of coding experience.
● Strong hands-on experience on React.js, MVC & related JS Frameworks.
● Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, single page applications.
● Build a highly scalable product right from scratch.
● Expertise in caching, minification, bundling techniques to improve front-end performance.
● Experience in working with AB Testing.
● Experience in using front-end monitoring tools to troubleshoot errors and recognise performance bottlenecks.
● Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, and coding.
● Proficient understanding of code versioning tools(GIT, SVN), working experience with Agile methodology and fast iterative development cycles

Position: Customer Service Executive

As the Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining customer satisfaction. An outstanding customer service executive should possess a proven record of successful customer service and management skills. Along with the team, you will ensure that the customer experience delivers the brand values.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Educating customers by presenting and explaining retail products, answering queries, and helping customers make selections by building customer confidence and offering suggestions/opinions
• Replenishing retail shelves as per store requirement
• Managing store visual merchandising and managing customer billing and gift-wrapping
• Maintaining the Daily/Weekly/Monthly inventory records and supporting the Store Manager in stock reconciliations
• Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
• Following the cleaning and hygiene guidelines set by the store

Candidate Qualifications & Skill Requirements:

• Candidate should ideally have 2- 3 years of experience in a similar profile
• Graduate in any stream. Hotel Management qualification/ course will be an added advantage.
• Experience in a retail setting will be an added advantage as well as an experience in luxury retail or hospitality

Reporting Manager: Store Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Associate to join our growing team. As a key member of the business development and sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of sales principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.

What would you be required to do?

• Activation of new channel partners as per the weekly and monthly targets and onboarding the CPs with the company through a smooth engagement process.
• Ensure right prospecting is done by the channel partners to acquire the right client.
• To ensure smooth registration, training, and brokerage disbursal to the channel partners.
• Identifying business opportunities by researching prospects through events, shows, cold calling, brand collaborations with luxury car brands, iconic residential projects, high end consumer brands, and other avenues.
• Conceptualizing and executing, events and customer engaging activities and constantly thinking of new ideas to generate leads.
• Arranging and attending meetings with clients within office or outside of office.
• Have complete grip over the product for meetings with Channel partners and Clients.
• Researching the competition brands and providing constant improvisations to make the brand have a strong presence in the market.
• Maintain a record of all activities and meetings done on daily basis in a daily reporting format in a systematic way so that it can be pivoted for follow-ups and analytics at any given time. Database could be of clients, partners, homeowners, commercial establishments, or any other consultant.

Who qualifies?

• 3-5 years’ experience as an individual contributor in the luxury residential space or with any other luxury brand across consultancy, channel partnering, client loyalty programs, lead generation, digital presence and events
• MBA from a premium Institute or foreign university. Work experience with a luxury brand in direct sales or the strategy teams
