We are seeking an enthusiastic and competent Community/ Public Relations Manager to join our HR team on an immediate basis.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Set, Plan & Implement various engagement activities.
• Defining & developing a community Management Strategy.
• Organizing various Community building initiatives to cultivate & grow participation in various community Forums.
• Creating Content such as blogs, posts, articles, newsletters, and material for social media channels.

What we are looking for

• At least 0 to 8 years of related experience in Community/ Public Relation Management or Event Management, with product-based or start-up will be plus.
• Degree: MBA with Event Management as specialization will be added on
• Having prior experience with Community Management.
• You are a people person and can empathize and build rapport with others easily.
• You have strong interpersonal skills and can build relationships with and influence stakeholders.
• You have event management skills and can handle several multiple responsibilities in a dynamic, evolving environment.
• You are adept at managing social media.
• You have excellent written & verbal communication skills and can generate impact content.
• You are organized and able to juggle multiple priorities and deliverables.
• Should be people-oriented and results-driven.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with active listening and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
