What will you do

Work closely with our high-value customers (large Ed-Youtubers and offline Educators) and multiple teams inside Classplus to bring to life new revenue streams

Project manage the expansion of existing revenue streams by establishing reporting and governance cadences, working closely with various business leaders within the company

Lead the external stakeholder management, new and existing partnerships, breaking into prospective Educator networks and conducting rigorous market research

Own hiring and scaling of new teams, business functions and creating a playbook for scaling these with low human intervention

Spearhead 0-1 initiatives with the business leaders and help them out with process improvements as well as drive founder initiatives anchored around revenue generation
- Manage operational execution level elements as we scale and build new businesses
You should apply, if you

Are a seasoned veteran: Have 5-7 years of experience in business teams of high-growth top-tier startups, within which Ed-tech and B2B experience is a plus

Bring your A-game: Bring a founder mindset to work everyday - extreme ownership, buck stops at you, aggression to win, uncompromising ethics, have a strong data orientation and are a self-starter

Are a people-person: Can work with multiple stakeholders, keep them aligned toward a common vision and maintain relationships that stand the test of time

Know the yard: Have gotten your hands dirty with complex execution and have a strong operational experience in building things that did not exist before

Can innovate: Have managed revenue targets in the past, while having thought of and implemented out of the box experiments that made your revenue growth organically sustainable

Are trustworthy: Are great with people and think quick on your feet, have an irreverence for bottlenecks and reverence for solutions

Can adapt and improvise: Have strong learning agility and pick things up quickly, are able to multitask with 2-3 simultaneously open threads and have a high tolerance for rapid context switching
