Job Role: Associate Art Director

Experience Level: 5+ years

Location: Bangalore, Onsite

Responsibilities:

● Understanding marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience.

● Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas

● Visualization and implementation of concepts, guidelines, and strategies in various creative

projects

● Write and design unique and well-crafted copy that meets clients’ needs

● Lead and manage the complete creative team of graphic designers, illustrators, copywriters,

etc. to help them achieve the desired goal for the respective client and project

● Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future

● Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, and provide feedback to the team

● Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines

● Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices

Qualifications

● Proven experience as an Art director or in a similar creative role in an agency

● Hands-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development

● Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools

● Outstanding leadership and organization skills

● Exemplary interpersonal and creative abilities

Prerequisites

● 5 Years of experience

● Experience with branding, social media and films.

● Understanding of 2D & 3D Animation

We are looking for an Assistant Video Editor who is eager to learn, experiment, and grow in visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in editing short-form and long-form videos
• Support motion graphics and basic animation tasks
• Work closely with the design and content team
• Ensure timely delivery of video assets

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or graduation in Animation, Design, or a related field
• Minimum 6 months of experience (internships count)
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Canva
• Basic understanding of design and typography
• Strong interest in design and visual media
• Portfolio is mandatory

• Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer with a strong background in React, Python, MongoDB, and AWS.

We are seeking a skilled PHP Developer with expertise in Laravel and WordPress to join our team. As a PHP Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using PHP frameworks, primarily Laravel, and working with WordPress for content management system (CMS) projects. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of designers, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a PHP Developer, preferably with Laravel and WordPress.

Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks, specifically Laravel, and experience with WordPress development.

Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.

Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).

Experience working with version control systems, such as Git.

Understanding of MVC design patterns and OOP concepts.

Ability to write efficient SQL queries and optimize database performance.

Knowledge of RESTful web services and API development.

Skills Required

On-boarding and setting up new accounts and winning them over from the get-go.

Monitoring accounts to ensure that our customers are thrilled, and looking out for (and addressing) warning signs of churn.

Advocating customers’ requests and needs across the entire company (we use Monday)

Educating about newly released features and functionality.
