About the Role :

We are looking for a highly experienced Azure DevSecOps Engineer with a strong focus on cloud security practices.

This role is 60–70% security-driven, involving threat modeling, secure cloud architecture, and infrastructure security on Azure using Terraform.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and maintain secure, scalable Azure cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
• Implement security best practices : IAM, threat modeling, network security, data protection, and compliance (e.g., GDPR).
• Build CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Prometheus.
• Monitor, analyze, and proactively improve security posture.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure secure design, development, and operations.
• Stay updated on cloud security trends and lead mitigation efforts.

Job Title: Performance Marketing Associate

Location: Pune

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Associate to join our team at Propacity. In this role, you will help execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns tailored for the real estate sector, focusing on lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

You will work closely with senior marketing professionals, gaining hands-on experience in paid media, performance tracking, and campaign optimization. If you have a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and a passion for digital marketing, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other paid media platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize ROI and lead quality.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine targeting and messaging strategies.
• Work closely with creative and content teams to develop engaging ad copies and visuals.
• Utilize web analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support senior marketing managers in client calls, reporting, and campaign optimizations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role.
• Experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and suggest improvements.

What you need to bring:

• 2-4 years of experience in Graphic designing or a similar role.

• One should be highly creative and have an impressive portfolio of design projects.

• Proven experience with Adobe Suite- proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.

• Team spirit: effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

• Must have good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to seamlessly coordinate with

external clients.

• Great at managing time with multi-tasking ability.

• Any graduate or non-graduate with relevant field experience is welcomed into the family.

• Degree in Computer Science (BS/MS), related technical field or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of industry experience in product development
• Experience in coaching and mentoring team members
• Must own a specific component of the product. Gathering requirements by working with product management. Working closely with development managers in defining external product interfaces
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must articulate various design approaches and design decisions clearly - within the team and across the teams.
• Must work with QA engineers to devise proper test constructs - unit testing and integration tests.

What you need to have:

• Graduate from a good design school with 3 to 7 Years of graphic design experience
• Experience in E-commerce/ Consumer Electronics/ FMCG industry preferred
• Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/ Illustrator/ InDesign/ 2d Techniques)
• Experience in Motion Graphics and Video Editing is a plus
• Hands on experience in Adobe Premier Pro + After Effects
• Strong presentation, communication, organizational and time-management skills
