Senior Business Development Executive - Inside Sales

YaClass is a European Edtech organization that expanded to India in 2019. The company specializes in training students in classes 6 to 10 in Math, Science, English, etc. Our platform offers personalized learning experiences through AI-driven software and professional mentoring.

Job Description:

• Connecting with clients(students & parents) and fixing demo sessions with our mentoring team through calls, messages & emails
• Building a strong connection with(clients) students and parents, rapport building, analyzing goals, needs, and capabilities of clients
• Following up with clients for clearing their concerns and negotiations
• Meeting sales and revenue goals as per the sales plan (weekly and monthly)
• Clear documentation of the entire customer journey with precise reasoning in each stage of the sales funnel
• Reporting accurate sales data to the management as required

Working Days : 

5 days per week, 2 days off per week(fixed)

Job requirements:

• Must have a good understanding of B2C inside sales processes & metrics
• Minimum 1 year of B2C Inside Sales/Tele-Sales experience
• Hands-on experience in dialing 100+ calls per day & using CRM software(Zoho, Leadsquared, Salesforce, etc.)
• Experience in collaborating with teammates, and other departments to accomplish tasks
• Adept at working with Google Suite(docs,sheets,slides)
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English & Tamil
• Experience in working in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong objection handling and negotiation skills
• Revenue focused work-ethic

• Experience in building reusable, and modular UI components and ensure cross browser compatibility.
• 3+ years developing, deploying, and supporting web applications built on framework. like Django/ NodeJS/ ReactJS.
• Must have 3+ years of current experience in Python or Go
• Knowledge in writing automated tests
• Proficient in High Level Systems Integration Design
• Understanding of Accessibility and internationalization
• Proficient in source control using GitHub
• Experience with building and maintaining a SaaS product at scale
• Write code that is tested and testable and you take responsibility for the quality of the code you produce. You will be helping build the best user experience for our Anaplan platform.
• Work in a hybrid cloud infrastructure, considering the implementation of functionality through several distributed components and services.

• Sound Knowledge in HTML,CSS, Microsoft. Net framework, Javascript, PHP, React and SQL.
• Able to create detail business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for the business.
• Experience in Agile scrum methodologies creating user stories and estimating story points for each stories.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Working experience with any wireframe tools (Sketch ,Adobe, UXPin, Mockplus, JustInMind etc)
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Masters/Degree with a background in business, Engineering and IT with minimum 5 years working experience as business Analyst.

• Help the product owner groom the product backlog by considering purpose, prioritizing the stories,
• organizing the stories, splitting epics into user stories, and ensuring a complete description of the
• solution.
• Studies the software application domain, prepares software requirements, and specification
• (Software Requirements Specification) documents.
• Works with the stakeholders to analyze and document business processes for the system to be
• developed
• Perform actual analysis on requirements to consider all scenarios/exceptions that may occur
• Determine functional requirements and features and prepare a wireframe for user interface screen
• Advise the product owner and coach the team, as well as other business analysis considerations
• Communicates with both the developers and stakeholders in such a manner until the project ends.
• Co-facilitate trainings/workshops client-side.

• Experience in web technologies (Object-Oriented JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and experience with web standards, including HTML5 and CSS3
• In depth understanding of Angular concepts and structures
• Should have strong debugging skills on Developer Tools of the browser and Working with Cross Browser UI
• Should have solid understanding and experience (at least 1+ years) with Object-Oriented design and development
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive attitude to problem resolution
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and manage time efficiently to meet project timelines
• Ability to work well independently, or with remote teams

• Experience in Agile Software Development projects
• Knowledge on how to create modules and libraries with angular and publish it on platform like npmjs.
• Knowledge on Nrwl's developer tools
• Experience in writing Unit Testing cases.
• Capable to perform code reviews and provide code to optimize performance of the application.
