Roles and Responsibilities

1.    Manage client relationships, and facilitators relationship at MHFAI for training and post-training support.

2.    Ideate, design, and implement program that focused on post-training support for mental health first-aiders.

3.    Leverage the new products of MHFAI to the clients that ensures implementation of mental health by building tools and guidelines (for organized groups).

4.    Oversee and facilitate MHFAI instructors for training and upskilling.

5.    Monitor and coordinate the MHFAI Awards program with all the stakeholders involved.

6.    Draft and initiate scientific research, and create tools required at workplace to measure mental health.

7.    Plan and manage webinars, events and activities to promote the idea of mental health at workplaces and educational institutions.

8.    Draft, design, manage and implement guidelines / resources with focus on mental health for the benefit of organized groups.

9.    Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Learning and Development and / or mental health, and incorporate them into our training programs.

10. Manage the Learning and Development budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.

11. Provide support in other operational functions of MHFA as needed.

Requirements:

·      4-10 years in Counselling psychology and / or mental health training

·      Qualification: Education in Counselling / Medical Psychology

·      Experience in clinical work

·      Exposure to mental health training

·      Experience of having previously worked in organized group is desirable

Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a backend developer.

In-Depth knowledge and experience with C#, .NET Core is must.

Experience in working with API Gateways, REST, OAuth, Rabbit MQ and Microsoft ecosystem technologies.

Experience with databases like Oracle, SQL lite, PostgreSQL etc.

Experience with microservices architecture is a must, and experience over any public cloud(Azure preferred) is an added advantage.

Experience and understanding of OOPS and SOLID design principles and various design and architectural patterns.

We are looking for an iOS developer responsible for the development and maintenance of applications aimed at a range of iOS devices including mobile phones and tablet computers. Your primary focus will be development of iOS applications and their integration with back-end services. You will be working alongside other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and the creation of quality products is essential.

Responsibilities:-

• Design and build applications for the iOS platform

We are seeking a skilled NestJS/PostgreSQL Developer to join our development team. As a NestJS/PostgreSQL Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing server-side applications, APIs, and databases using NestJS framework and PostgreSQL. You will work closely with other developers, stakeholders, and project managers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop server-side applications and APIs using the NestJS framework.
2. Design and implement efficient and scalable database schemas using PostgreSQL.
3. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate server-side logic with the user interface.
4. Write clean and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
5. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
6. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot any issues or bugs.

Requirements:

2. Proven experience (2-5 years) in server-side application development using NestJS framework.
3. Strong knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript.
4. Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
5. Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
6. Familiarity with Git version control system.
7. Good understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
8. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
9. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
10. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with other JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React.
2. Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker).
3. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
4. Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Jasmine).
5. Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Senior Full Stack Engineer

• 3+ years of relevant experience in software development building web applications
• Demonstrated technical capability developing applications using Node JS, Express/NestJS/SailsJS, and any industry-standard RDBMS
• Well acquainted with cutting edge front-end frameworks like React, Javascript dialects like ES6, TypeScript
• CSS frameworks like Bootstrap, Foundation HTML5, CSS3 and tools like Gulp/Webpack
• Strong analytical and problem- solving skills paired with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions
• Enjoys and gets energized by complex problem solving and ability to push the innovation on solutions
• Ability to work both independently and in various team settings

Expereince : 2-4 yrs experience

• Experience in woocommerce customization
• Experience in theme and plugin customization
• Knowledge of Jquery & Javascript is an added advantage.
• Hands on experience with any E-commerce website will be an advantage
