Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients across the international market.
• Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo, and other sales intelligence platforms.
• Reach out to Founders, CTOs, Product Managers, and business decision-makers.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Act as an Appointment Setter, ensuring a steady flow of qualified meetings.
• Use AI tools to streamline prospect research, personalize outreach, and improve lead qualification.
• Track all outreach activities and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to continuously improve outbound strategies and messaging.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, or Outbound Sales.
• Proven experience generating qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn outreach.
• Experience running email marketing and cold email outreach campaigns.
• Strong experience in appointment setting and booking qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Experience working with clients in the EPAC market is mandatory.
• Experience selling technology services, SaaS, software development, or digital solutions.
• Strong prospect research and lead qualification skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create highly personalized outreach using AI tools.
• Understanding of B2B sales processes and outbound prospecting strategies.

Nice to Have

• Experience selling to startups, SMEs, and technology companies.
• Experience using sales automation tools.
• Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
• Understanding of fintech, health tech, or software product development.

8–12 years of experience in Java application development.

Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate/JPA.

Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL).

Experience in SQL query optimization, indexing, execution plan analysis, and database performance tuning.

Knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices, Maven/Gradle, Git, and JUnit.

Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Agile methodologies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Participating in the entire product lifecycle (analyze, develop, test, release, and support.
• Contributing to research for new web and mobile technologies and recommend solutions to improve interface designs and interactions
• Testing, debugging, and fine-tuning to optimize the application’s performance.
• Designing intuitive applications to enhance users’ experiences.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

• 2+ year experiences of mobile/web application development and system integration.
• Must be a skilled programmer with knowledge of coding best practices and ability to produce highly readable and maintainable code.
• Management and support of Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Experience in API development and integration with third-party APIs
• English communication is required. Great communication skills to coordinate across technical teams and business stakeholders.

KNOWLEDGE OR EXPERTISE IN THE FOLLOWING ARE AN ADVANTAGE:

• Specialization in HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and JavaScript.
• Experience with web service integration (REST, JSON, XML).
• Experience or knowledge with Git, Gitlab, GitHub is a plus.

• Hands on experience in AWS provisioning of AWS services like EC2, S3,EBS, AMI, VPC, ELB, RDS, Auto scaling groups, Cloud Formation.
• Good experience on Build and release process and extensively involved in the CICD using

Jenkins

• Experienced on configuration management tools like Ansible.
• Designing, implementing and supporting fully automated Jenkins CI/CD
• Extensively worked on Jenkins for continuous Integration and for end to end Automation for all Builds and Deployments.
• Proficient with Docker based container deployments to create shelf environments for dev teams and containerization of environment delivery for releases.
• Experience working on Docker hub, creating Docker images and handling multiple images primarily for middleware installations and domain configuration.
• Good knowledge in version control system in Git and GitHub.
• Good experience in build tools
• Implemented CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes ,YAML and Manifest

We are looking for a dynamic & independent Lead Generation Executive who can be Fresher or professional with experience in outbound calls. The ideal candidate should have at least 0-1 year of experience in outbound/inbound calls.
