Requirements and skills:

• Hands-on Software Development experience.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in Java development.
• Hands-on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms.
• Object-Oriented Analysis and design using common design patterns.
• Profound insight of Java and Java EE (Multithreading, Reactive Programming, etc)
• Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM technologies (MySQL, EBean)
• Excellent knowledge in RESTful API development, event-based processing.
• Experience with test-driven development.

Responsibilities:

You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our cosmetic products and drive sales

Should be in a position to find the right distributors area wise(Beauty academy/training/coaching centers) and people who are interested in beauty products

Learning about the production, distribution, and use of products, connecting with distributors to pitch our products, and negotiating and closing sales deals

Need to undertake the field work to review & evaluate strategy implementation

Responsibilities:

• Investigate technologies and solutions which help the team achieve deliverables and results.
• Working with business process analysts and technical leads to derive conceptual designs and solutions.
• Assisting project managers with sizing estimates and work-breakdown structures.
• Develop and unit test software within teams of varied sizes and geographical distributions.
• Benchmarking and load testing developed modules and integrated applications.
• Assisting quality assurance team in the conduct of solution testing.
• Documenting software specifications and requirements.
• Working with infrastructure teams to define and establish application environments and implementation of software applications.
• Provide post-implementation support for developed software applications and solutions.

Measures of Success:

• The delivery of software solutions that meets requirements and are within budget and project timeline.

  Skill Requirements:
• Knowledge of General Open System / Distributed systems platforms
• Knowledge of cloud service like AWS, Azure, GCP
• Experience in developing and implementing Restful APIs
• Good understanding of Network ports/Transfer protocols.
• Ability to process/analyze large amounts of data and logs.
• UI and Backend Development experience (Full stack).
• 6+ years of experience in software development within Linux environment; with a strong focus on development using JAVA, Javascript, C and BASH shell & Python scripting.
• Experienced in structured and agile development methodologies.
• Experienced in load testing and benchmarking tools such as JMeter, Loadrunner, etc.
• Experienced in Linux-based database technology and versed with stored procedures.
• Experienced in web services developments using XML, SOAP, JSON.
• Knowledge of application security setup using common security standards like SSL, TLS, secured ciphers, etc.
• Experienced with software versioning control using GIT.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proactively working on reporting and analytics of our ongoing projects for best of impact outcomes
• Preparing data for analysis including building repeatable and well-documented processes to create new analyses of data; conducting data analysis for our projects and development impact tracking and identifying patterns, questions, and areas for further analysis
• Setting up reporting systems for all products to ensure best of transparency, focus on performance and value creation
• Managing impact management processes across the organization with a clear timelines and schedule as well as active communication to internal and external stakeholders in an organized and dependable manner
• Ensuring coordination between staff and stakeholders including dialogues, meetings, presentations as may be required to ensure successful, meaningful and impactful project delivery
• Ensuring the Project operations team has an effective Impact management framework for creating and maintaining relationships with the community
• Jointly focussing on growing the outreach and impact of our work in social edtech
• Creating deep impact reports for every project using Excel, Word and PPT based on specific project deliverables, direct and indirect impact as required for each of the projects and creating collaterals, creatives, mailers and videos of progress, updates, storytelling on Impact to engage our stakeholders

Desired Candidate Profile

• Working knowledge of different approaches to program evaluation and assessment
• Excellent writing skills and command over the English language
• Strong analytical skills, ability to think laterally and detail oriented and with a high level of curiosity and interesting researching projects
• Excellent documentation and reporting abilities to create informative and good reports and data sheets using Word, PPTs etc. along with Advanced Excel and data management skills
• Proven track record of displaying a high degree of self-initiative
• Ability to create videos and collaterals using images and short video clips
