ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Manager/Deputy Unit Manager – Dialer Ops serves as the functional owner of dialer performance across DMS portfolios. The role independently manages end-to-end dialer operations, leads performance optimization, and drives analytical insights to strengthen calling effectiveness.
