Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Sales Head to drive the channel partner strategy, business development, and revenue generation for our ERP and CRM product offerings across the Middle East, Asia, South Africa, US, and UK. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in building and managing channel ecosystems, driving sales through partners, and executing regional go-to-market plans. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the ERP and CRM landscapes and the ability to recruit, enable, and scale high-performing partners while delivering measurable sales revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Partner Strategy & Development:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy across the Middle East, Asia, South Africa, US, and UK regions to drive revenue growth for ERP and CRM solutions.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with new and existing partners to drive sales and product adoption.
- Lead the development of go-to-market strategies and regional sales plans in collaboration with the channel partners.
Partner Enablement & Training:
- Design and implement training programs to ensure that partners have the skills and knowledge to successfully sell, implement, and support ERP and CRM solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and resources to partners, including sales enablement tools, marketing materials, and product updates.
- Drive partner certification programs and performance management to maintain a high standard of service delivery and sales performance.
Revenue Growth & Sales Execution:
- Work closely with channel partners to ensure they meet or exceed their sales quotas and targets.
- Collaborate with internal sales teams and marketing to support joint sales efforts, drive pipeline development, and close deals.
- Take ownership of generating sales revenue for the organization by fostering a results-driven sales culture among channel partners.
- Manage sales forecasts and ensure timely reporting of pipeline and partner performance to senior leadership.
Partner Ecosystem & Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with key partners and stakeholders within the partner ecosystem.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with partners, identify areas for improvement, and work together on corrective actions to drive mutual success.
- Act as the point of contact for critical partner escalations and address any issues that may impact partner satisfaction or sales performance.
Market & Competitive Insights:
- Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the ERP and CRM markets to inform channel strategies.
- Provide insights on regional market dynamics and customer requirements to adjust product offerings and improve partner sales tactics.
- Collaborate with product management and marketing teams to align product messaging and promotional strategies with regional channel partners.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Provide regular reports on partner sales activities, progress against goals, and forecasts to senior leadership.
- Analyze channel performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and new business opportunities.
Key Qualifications:
Experience:
- 5-6 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development, with a proven track record of success in the ERP and CRM markets.
- Extensive experience in managing channel partners across the Middle East, Asia, South Africa, US, and UK regions.
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams and partners.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP and CRM product landscapes, business processes, and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans while maintaining focus on day-to-day operational execution.
- Results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve sales targets.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Travel:
- Ability to travel as needed to engage with partners and support regional sales efforts.

1. Work on lead generation via joining the Twitter community, Telegram groups, LinkedIn, and other professional and social media networks
2. Manage a pipeline, generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities
3. Manage recurring prospects while engaging with new clients, educating, and optimizing for value and brand awareness
4. Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
5. Handle inbound requests generated via the sales and marketing team
6. Identify best practices to refine the company's lead generation playbook
7. Partner with other teams to provide market intelligence that enables better decision-making in strategic areas like product development, product improvement, and market strategies among other things
8. Utilize CRM, and multiple communication channels, to generate new sales opportunities
9. Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
10. Seek out new business opportunities and thrive in the startup ecosystem
11. Report to the assigned manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
12. Persuade, lead, and confidently handle objections and resolve customer issues
13. Showcase ownership of the clientele/leads assigned
Looking for candidates who would be responsible for handling sales for Indian customers over the phone entirely.

Requirements
Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales role in the Indian market
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
Good knowledge of relevant CRM
Excellent knowledge of English/Bengali/Tamil/Telugu/Marathi/Kannada
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Cool tempered and able to handle rejection
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
