About the Role
We are hiring a Printer Sales & Support Executive to handle inbound/outbound customer interactions for USA & Canada-based clients. The ideal candidate should have a blend of sales skills, printer knowledge, and basic IT/OS troubleshooting abilities.
You will be responsible for printer sales, upselling, customer support, remote troubleshooting, and coordinating onsite visits when required.
This is a US process role, so night shift availability is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Upselling
- Respond to customer inquiries and recommend the right home or business printers.
- Promote compatible cartridges, toners, AMC plans, and related accessories.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Provide product comparisons (HP, Canon, Brother, Epson, etc.) and guide customers in selecting the best solution.
- Handle inside sales via phone, email, chat, and CRM.
Technical Support
- Provide remote troubleshooting for printer issues (USB/WiFi connection, driver installation, print quality, paper jam, etc.).
- Assist in setting up printers on Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
- Guide customers through warranty processes, replacements, and repairs.
- Coordinate onsite technician visits when required (USA/Canada customers).
- Document all support interactions in CRM/ticketing tools.
Customer Handling
- Maintain strong communication with clients, ensuring quick resolution and high satisfaction.
- Work professionally with international clients (USA & Canada).
- Handle both sales and support conversations with confidence.
Required Skills
Technical Skills
- Good understanding of HP Printers (Inkjet, LaserJet, All-in-One).
- Basic knowledge of Canon, Epson, Brother, and other brands.
- Knowledge of home and office printer troubleshooting.
- Understanding of computer operating systems (Windows, macOS).
- Ability to guide customers through installations and configurations remotely.
Sales Skills
- Strong persuasion and communication skills.
- Ability to upsell relevant printer products and services.
- Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls.
Soft Skills
- Excellent English communication.
- Problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to adapt to US/Canada work culture.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Experience in US/Canada tech-support or BPO processes.
- Knowledge of ticketing tools (Freshdesk, Zendesk, Zoho Desk).
- Experience selling hardware or IT services.
- Understanding of remote diagnostic tools.
Shift Details
- US Shift – Night Shift Required (India Time)
- 5 or 6-day work week (customizable as per your company policy)

Compensation
