As the Social Media Copywriter, you will be responsible for all organic content requirements for the company's website and app.

 

• Writing content for creative collaterals like images and videos specifically for Instagram and/or other social media platforms
• Getting those collaterals developed by designers/ designing them
• Managing uploads of creatives and consumer interaction on posts
• Reporting on the performance of those creatives
• Ensuring the creatives meet the requirements of the brand
• Delivering month on month growth in the organic social media presence of the brand

Candidate Profile:

• Have impeccable grammar and excellent command over English
• Out of the box creativity to create viral content
• Ability to work with excel and create models, monitor and manage the growth of the brand's organic social presence
• A minimum of 3 years of experience
• Have a modern sense of aesthetics with an ability to create, recognize and differentiate premium content
• A growth-hungry mindset with ability to work hard and long and take complete ownership of his/ her responsibilities

About the role: Paytm Transit business deals in products related to commuting viz NCMC / Transit card, QR Ticketing, Smart card recharge etc.
- Achieving targets for key performance metrics viz user acquisition, retention and business revenue goals.
- Increase productivity of team by continuous training, review and supervision.
- Ensuring the team follows best in class sales tools and processes laid out by the business.
- Recruiting, retention and maintaining pipeline of field sales force.
- Build penetration in market by creating a strong network of reseller / influencers
- Provide ground feedback that would open up avenues for increasing business.

Expectations/ Requirements
- 3+ years of Direct sales / business development experience.
- Managed a team of Front line sales persons for at least 1 year.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Worked on any Sales force app.
- Educational Qualification – Graduate & above.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in regional language of the geography where this position is based.
- Have exposure in cold calling.

• Must have good experience in Dot net, MVC and J-Query.
• Need experience between 2.5 years to 5 years.
