• Collateral Development: Create compelling marketing collateral using PowerPoint presentations that communicate our brand, products, and services.
• Market Research for Collaterals: Conduct research to gain insights into market trends, customer behavior, and competitors, with a focus on aligning marketing collaterals with our company's materials while maintaining consistency with our existing brand materials.
• Visual Design: Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud tools, Canva, and PowerPoint to design visually appealing graphics, images, and visuals for marketing materials.
• Communication: Maintain effective communication with consultants from various regions, ensuring a smooth exchange of ideas and information. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Social Media: Support our social media presence and engage with our audience. This includes supporting the sharing of content, responding to messages, and monitoring social media performance.
• Stakeholder Management: Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure alignment and collaboration on marketing initiatives.
• Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks related to marketing, including but not limited to email communication, document organization, and file management.

•Concept and design of advertisements, in-store promotions and offers
•Menu designs, posters, tent cards, stationery design, VM props (involving print media), catalogues, booklets, brochures etc.
•E-mailers and web pages for online offers
• Responsible for video editing
• Implementation and design of in-store posters and signage’s
Requirements
· Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Flash, Corel draw, HTML, UI/UX, Word, Excel, Power point
· Technical knowledge of printing, print-finishes and color management
· Areas managed: print ads / publication / collaterals / illustrations / web design (any online + basic film editing experience is a plus)
· Attitude: Assertive, efficient, great executional skill, ability to think,
follows timelines and result-oriented with a sense of styling.

organizational goals. Guide & lead the Warehousing team in achieving
business/operational targets.
➢ Monitor inward/outward transactions and insurance details of all locations - Coordinate
CMA requests, evaluation & implementation.
➢ Maintain close association & liaison with bank officials, major commodity players, Govt.
organizations, and clients.
➢ Ensure proper customer service & high degree of customer satisfaction.
Ensure that customer complaints and queries are addressed timely and properly by the
team members and intervene to sort out issues when escalated.
➢ Ensure training of Warehouse staff about the concerned process in relation to Quality
Control activities, testing, preservation, fumigation, and prophylactic treatment and also
to ensure training of the warehouse staff on various documentation processes.
➢ Check if all the warehouse activities are being performed as per the laid down
procedures on every visit to warehouses.
➢ Ensure regular fumigation, prophylactic treatment of the stock by warehouse operations
staff, as per requirement

We are looking for a senior designer to join our marketing team. S/he will be responsible for both online and offline design collateral, and position TraceX as a cutting edge technology brand. As a senior designer, your major goal would be to own the user experience across TraceXs' digital presence, while also understanding the creative briefs given by various teams to bring them to life
Responsibilities:
- Own TraceX’s design and style guide, color palette and typography guidelines
- Collaborating both within the team and cross-functionally across the organization for a broad variety of marketing initiatives
- Understanding which creatives worked the best for campaigns so that these successes can be replicated in future initiatives
- Ensuring UI/UX consistency across the landing pages and website pages while making them responsive and also building reusable components
- Work with the performance marketing team to develop testing and optimisation plans to further improve designs
- Setting up new processes to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery of collaterals from the creative team
- Develop creative programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organisation and that advance our brand and proposition strategy
- Help your team create and conceptualize Ad creatives considering campaign goals for social media and campaigns across different channels like - Google, Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
- Conceptualize & create all (online+offline) marketing collaterals like company presentations, product portfolios, case studies, whitepapers, standees, backdrop banners, booklets, etc.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3-4 years of graphic design experience and well versed with tools like Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator. Using tools like Sketch, Figma and Invision for landing page wireframes and prototyping.
- Creative with an attention to detail. Needs to understand the context of where the designs will be used. Needs to have a deep understanding of visual design standards, typography, iconography, illustration and colors.
- A track record of shipping great design, and an understanding of what details matters at each stage of the sales cycle (Discovery, Awareness, Consideration, Purchase).
- Committed to deadlines and must be able to handle performance under pressure
- Must have a good knowledge of available technology, user interactions, current industry trends, and design best practices.
