What you will be doing: 

• Stay at the Cutting Edge: Continuously research, evaluate, and implement the latest AI technologies and state-of-the-art algorithms to ensure our platform remains innovative and effective. 
• Develop and Optimize: Design, develop, and maintain AI systems and applications that enhance our recruitment marketplace. 
• Prototype and Document: Create proof-of-concept models, write technical specifications, and document AI systems and processes. 
• Test, Debug and Optimize: Conduct thorough testing of AI models, debug issues, and optimize for performance and scalability. 
• Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers. 
• Own and Deliver: Take ownership of major product areas end-to-end, becoming a subject matter expert in your domain. 
• Communicate Effectively: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, understandable terms for diverse stakeholders. 
• Deploy and Scale: Implement production-ready AI solutions that can scale to meet our growing user base.

You will thrive in this role if you: 

• Stay current with the latest AI developments and demonstrate ability to quickly adapt and implement cutting-edge technologies 
• Have 2+ years of experience in AI projects with strong proficiency in Python and frameworks like PyTorch, Hugging Face, and LangChain 
• Possess strong skills in testing, debugging, and optimizing AI models for performance and scalability 
• Can communicate complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner and adapt quickly to changing priorities 
• Excel at creating prototypes and documenting AI systems, including writing comprehensive technical specifications 
• Demonstrate strong familiarity with implementing state-of-the-art AI technologies and algorithms 
• Show ownership capabilities to handle large product areas end-to-end and become an SME in your domain 
• Have experience with voice data and conversational bots 
• Possess creative problem-solving skills with the ability to find scrappy solutions under tight timelines 
• Expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), evals and fine-tuning techniques, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents.

• Hands-on Experience with PHP CodeIgniter Framework
• Proficient in PHP, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, JQuery
• Excellent relational database skills with MySQL

Responsibilities:

Full Stack Engineers at UnScript.AI are involved in all parts of the product life cycle: idea generation, design, planning, execution, and shipping. On day-to-day work, we create reliable, scalable and highly performant systems. A commitment to teamwork, hustle and good communication skills are our key requirements. As Full Stack Engineer, you will lead end-to-end development of modules with complete ownership of design, planning, coding & delivery.

• The Software Development Engineer's core responsibilities include working on highly maintainable and unit-tested software components/systems that address real-world problems.
• Ensure quality at every level be it problem-solving, design, code or bug fixes.
• Should be able to collaborate with product managers, architects and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of sprints.
• Own and unblock users on production issues, able to troubleshoot and fix production issues on priority.

SKILL SETS REQUIRED: Kubernetes, AWS/any other cloud, NodeJS, JavaScript, React/Next, Design thinking, API Framework

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• B.Tech or higher in Computer Science from a premier institute. (We are willing to waive this requirement if you are an exceptional programmer).

• You are a strong coder, Love to explore multiple languages and tech stacks; We are language-agnostic, and we love people who like to explore multiple stacks. We’re looking for people who can write clean, effective code.

• Building scalable & performant web systems with clear focus on reusable modules.

• You are comfortable in a high paced environment and can respond to urgent (and at times ambiguous) requests

• Ability to translate fuzzy business problems into technical problems & come up with design, estimates, planning, execution & deliver the solution independently.

Follow Agile development model to incrementally build out the applications with regular reviews with Product

• Knowledge in AWS would be great to have.

• Ability to work with databases, data pipelines.

Role Value: By developing highly performant, robust and scalable web services and back-ends, you will have an impact on the latency and accuracy. Role: You will work with stakeholders to identify the business problem, and then develop layered architectures that can be delivered in an incremental fashion. You are a stellar engineer and will write production quality code 70-80% of the time.

Relevant Experience and Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in system-level design of large scale distributed systems on OOPs, and experience with web services and service oriented architectures
• Have 7 - 13 years of professional experience in software development.
• Extensive experience with modern open source systems including relational / non relational data stores.
• Experience with AWS stack, at least the common datastores and services
• Experience with containerization technologies and concepts including Docker
• Basic knowledge about security concepts and secure coding
• Excellent analytical, conceptual and communication skills in spoken and written English.
