About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support our finance team with day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounts payable, reconciliations, taxation compliance, and financial record management, along with working knowledge of Zoho Books.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage vendor invoices and payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Perform Vendor Reconciliation and resolve discrepancies with vendors or internal teams.
• Handle Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) on a regular basis.
• Maintain and record Journal Entries in the accounting system.
• Process and maintain Purchase Orders (POs) and related documentation.
• Manage Petty Cash records and reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations, including verification and documentation.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation for audits.
• Coordinate with internal teams for invoice verification and payment approvals.
• Generate periodic financial reports and assist the finance team in closing activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books or other accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, BRS, Vendor Reconciliation, and Journal Entries.
• Good understanding of Accounts Payable processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.

Candidate should have 6-9 years of experience in IoT embedded systems. He/ She should be

passionate, tech savvy, academically sound, have interest in embedded devices and

technologies.

Experience:

• Exposure to Microcontroller/Microprocessor Architecture /Family e.g. ARM Cortex,

Microchip, Xtensa ESP32, TI CC32XX, STM32

• Knowledge of Bare metal and any RTOS (Free RTOS, uC OS, EmbOSs, VxWorks, QNX)

• Knowledge of Microcontroller peripherals and low level drivers e.g. ADC, DAC, I2C, SPI,

UART, CAN, RS485, DMA, Ethernet, Display

• Knowledge of networking concepts like OSI layers, embedded TCP/IP stacks and common

IP protocols

• Knowledge of RF protocols WIFI, Bluetooth/BLE, IoT Cellular

• Knowledge of IoT communication protocols MQTT, COAP, AMQP

• Knowledge of Build toolchains and framework such as IAR, GCC, Keil, Mplab

• DFMA and DFMEA, Design release process

• Coding standards, guidelines and compliance tools

• Version control and repositories using git tools

Responsibilities:

•   Collaborate with the development team to design and implement new features for our iOS applications using Swift.
•   Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code under the guidance of senior developers.
•   Assist in translating UI/UX designs into high-quality code.
•   Participate in debugging and troubleshooting to identify and fix bugs.
•   Write unit and UI tests to ensure code quality and robustness.
•   Contribute to code reviews to learn from and share knowledge with the team.
•   Stay up-to-date with the latest iOS development trends, tools, and best practices.
•   Work with version control systems like Git.
•   Communicate effectively with team members regarding progress, challenges, and ideas.

Required Qualifications:

•   Basic understanding of Swift programming language concepts.
•   Familiarity with the iOS SDK (UIKit and/or SwiftUI).
•   Experience with Xcode IDE.
•   Fundamental understanding of mobile development concepts (e.g., view life cycles, memory management, networking).
•   Basic knowledge of version control using Git.
•   Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•   Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
•   A strong desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges in iOS development.
•   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, OR equivalent practical experience demonstrated through projects or portfolio.

•   Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON to connect iOS applications to back-end services.
•   Understanding of common architectural patterns (e.g., MVC, MVVM, VIPER).
•   Experience with dependency managers (e.g., CocoaPods, Swift Package Manager).
•   Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
