LOCATION: Noida KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Calling database of owners of various real estate properties in Noida/Delhi/Ncr and identifying sellers from that database and filtering d sellers (distress or immediate) from d main data. 2.Quoting appropriate price on their apartment/property and acquring and maintaining property documents from them and coodinating with the sales team for final selling of seller's property. 3. Proactively follow up leads generated and maintaining relationship with them via suitable interaction. 4. Use of initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with sellers who are not already on the database. 5. Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business.
