We are looking for a digital thought leader to devise & implement strategies for user growth, engagement & revenue generation. The role will require the candidate to interact closely with the CEO & Head of Growth in identifying trends & evolving best practices to deliver Marketing ROI. The Role Own end-to-end digital strategies to drive traffic, leads & installs in-line with business goalsDevelop & maintain reporting framework to measure & analyse major metrics, revenue Run experiments across channels, app stores & landing pages to optimize marketing spend Implement marketing campaigns to drive usage & engagement of mobile app Implement changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO and ASO Requirements 4 to 7 years of hands on experience in mobile app marketing, ASO & SEO. Extensive experience developing one of Facebook, Google Ads campaigns is a must. Proven track record of scaling acquisition by finding efficiencies in channel & channel mix Experience handling a minimum monthly spend of Rs. 15 lakhs is a must. Demonstrated expertise in user engagement on Facebook and Instagram. Understanding of mobile app marketing & analytics platforms like AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, Amplitude etc. Experience in marketing automation tools like MoEngage, Clevertap etc. Interview Process Culture Fit and Expectation Matching Case Study (2-3 Rounds) Final Interview
