Data Analytics Lead

* Acquiring Large Trader Clients with high margin.

* Execution of transactions in Equities (Cash and Derivatives) Currency & Commodities.

* Ensuring efficient and prompt management of orders based on customer request.

* Generating leads Selling/ advising third party products like Health Insurance, SIPs, Life Insurance, Mutual funds.

* Day to day coordination with RMS, Activation Team, Surveillance and various other departments for smooth functioning of branch.

* Day to day approvals w.r.t to limits, commercials.

* Shifting offline customers to online.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.Must have good analytical and problem solving skills.

2.Works as a Project Manager and reports directly to CTO/ VP

3.Manage daily/weekly scrums.

4.Able to perform and follow coding standards.

5.Perform R&D tasks if assigned and communicate with the Designer and UI team.

6.Taking leadership responsibilities and handling the team well

Key responsibilities:

1. Use a personalized and need-based selling approach to consult and convert prospective customers into paid customers for Byju's premium

2. Understand the core learning needs of students through conversations with parents and align program offerings accordingly via phone, email, and text

3. Address customer objections in a consultative manner to successfully close sales

Salary

Probation: Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹16,000 /month

After probation:

Requirement:

• The knowledge of PHP. ...

• A strong command of HTML, Java, and CSS.
• The understanding of PM frameworks – Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.
• Working experience of handling APIs; knowledge of RESTful or SOAP.
• Solid understanding of OOP and model view controller (MVC).

Responsibilities: 

• Design and code efficient, scalable systems that can accept feedback from multiple hundred thousand employees and generate insights 
• Design efficient and scalable event driven systems to process complex machine learning pipeline
• Experiment with data to come up with unique insights and that can benefit our clients
• Identify libraries and technologies worth experimentation
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to bring more value to our clients
• Investigate performance issues / scalability bottlenecks, existing queries and/or write new queries with performance optimization in mind
• Develop RESTful APIs that can be used by frontend to show insights
• Debug and fix production level bugs as and when they crop up
• Support ad hoc data analytics upon requests by clients, and believe us nothing creates a better DB understanding than handling ad hoc data requests 

Requirements: 

• 3+ years of experience in architecture and developing high performance web applications 
• Experience with systems ingesting/processing high amounts of data is a plus 
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment) 
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL database 
• Working knowledge of RESTful API paradigms  
• Experienced in microservices architecture  
• Solid engineering principles and a clear understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Passion for products, empathy for users, and aspiration to make a big impact

• Work directly with the other Software/Firmware Engineers and Electrical/RF/Systems Test Engineers to write needed software
• Design and implement software platform for firmware on embedded CPUs with multiple OS such as Windows, Linux, FreeRTOS, TI-RTOS and embedded Linux
• Use compliers, debuggers revision control and automated build systems.
• Design/develop components of software platform for use by other developers to extend its capabilities and build custom applications/behavior on top
• Develop build methodologies, debugging tools/utilities
• Develop and release Software using Agile methodology
• Write unit tests and support continuous integration and automated test methodology
• Brainstorm for new ideas and ways to improvement product and processes
• Consult with peers for feedback during debug/testing stages
• Document and maintain design processes
