Manual Tester (QA) (Full-Time)

We’re hiring a Manual Tester at Websites.co.in, an app that helps small businesses create their website in just 2 minutes.
Your role
– Test web and mobile applications end to end, across devices and browsers
– Create test cases, test scenarios, and test reports
– Perform functional, regression, UI and usability testing
– Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps
– Verify fixes and validate releases before go-live
– Collaborate with developers and product to improve quality and user experience
– Validate API responses using Postman, where required
What we expect
– Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC, and the defect lifecycle
– Ability to write clear, structured test cases and bug reports
– Experience testing web or mobile applications, or both
– Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as Jira or Trello
– Attention to detail, structured thinking, and ownership mindset
– 0–2 years of manual testing experience

Business Analyst – Job Description
1. Requirement gathering, Development, Requirement Analysis and documentation, Requirement communication, Requirement management and Testing. Work closely with the Business teams in gathering requirements, and getting it implemented in the system.
2. Designing and developing functional test cases, impact analysis, system integration testing and regression testing. Conducting UAT and documentation of test cases.
3. Support and assists with end user training and coordinates the implementation of these services for the Business.
4. Based on Testing Feedback from Business Users, plan go live dates for the developments.
5. Work with various user and support teams to manage technical/operational issues.
6. Raise the bugs and CRs to tech team and track till closure.
7. Produce periodic and ad-hoc reports for all stakeholders including leadership to monitor and ensure that projects comply with the governance framework.
8. Work closely with the vendor in getting the development completed on time and ensure adherence to quality standards.
9. Ability to multitask and work in a high pressure environment.

- Detailed understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEM, and Facebook/Insta Ads
- Ability to write ad/landing page copy as per best practices for Google Quality Scores
- Strong analytics, Data Visualization, and Excel skills
