Role Overview

As a Technical Recruiter at CodeRound, your primary responsibility will be to screen and engage candidates for both our internal roles and those moving through our AI interview platform. You’ll play a key role in qualifying talent, coordinating interviews, and supporting smooth communication between candidates, hiring teams, and our platform.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll work closely with the founders and product team to shape the future of AI-powered hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Screen and qualify candidates for our team.
• Conduct initial phone calls and follow-ups with candidates to assess fit and interest.
• Coordinate interviews, track candidate progress, and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in our internal tools and applicant tracking systems.
• Support customer relationships with timely updates and basic account coordination.
• Act as a friendly and professional point of contact for candidates and clients.
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to improve hiring workflows.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate and client experience at every stage of the funnel.

What We’re Looking For

• 0–3 years of experience in technical recruiting, sourcing, or talent coordination.
• Strong communication skills—you're confident on calls and clear in writing.
• Familiarity with tech roles and the basics of engineering hiring.
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple candidates at once.
• Experience with ATS tools, CRMs, or recruiting platforms is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Bonus: Experience working with hiring platforms or recruiting for B2B SaaS or AI startups.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive (Male or Female) to join Accounts team. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting financial reporting.

Required Skills & Competencies:

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

· Hands-on experience with Tally / Busy accounting software.

· Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.

· Good communication skills in English (written & verbal).

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Education: B.Com / M.Com preferred

· Experience: 4–5 years of experience in the Accounts/Finance department.

· Location Preference: Candidates from Zirakpur, Derabassi, Chandigarh, Panchkula or Mohali.

· Flexibility: Should be open to shifting to Derabassi plant within 6-7 months.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage day-to-day accounting transactions in Busy / Tally software.

· Prepare and maintain ledgers, vouchers, invoices, and bank reconciliations.

· Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

· Coordinate with auditors and support during audits.

· Prepare MIS reports and support monthly closing activities.

· Handle vendor payments, accounts receivable & payable.

· Maintain employee expense records and petty cash.

· Draft business correspondence and communicate professionally via email.

· Support finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Tester who is

passionate about delivering high-quality consumer-facing applications. This role

involves manual testing with exposure to automation, API testing, databases, and

mobile/web platforms, while working closely with engineering and product teams

across the SDLC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing for Android, web, and native applications.

• Create and execute detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test plans.

• Conduct REST API testing using Postman.

• Validate data using SQL and MongoDB.

• Identify, report, and track defects with clear reproduction steps.

• Support basic automation testing using Selenium (Java) and Appium.

• Perform regression, smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing.

• Conduct risk analysis and highlight quality risks early in the SDLC.• Collaborate closely with developers and product teams for defect resolution.

• Participate in CI/CD pipelines and support automated test executions.

• Use ADB tools for Android testing across devices and environments.

Required Skills & Technical Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of Manual Testing fundamentals.

• Hands-on experience with Postman and REST APIs.

• Basic understanding of Automation Testing concepts.

Requirement / Desired Skills:

• SQL Server Reporting Services and SQL Server Analysis Services
• Knowledge of any of the BI Tool (Tableau, PowerBI or Qlikview)

Skills Needed

• Hands-on extensive Salesforce experience
• Experience in lightning implementation, LWC
• Ability to Perform configuration, customization, integration and support of Salesforce.com
• Hands-on Experience in customizing using APEX, Triggers, Batch Apex, Visualforce, etc
• Understanding of the Salesforce.com data model
• Must-Have hands-on experience on Deployments using Change set, , Managing release dependencies across multiple projects
• Understanding the release management and software development life cycle

• 3+ years’ experience in manual and automated QA for Web, iOS, and Android
• Analyzing user’s stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility
• collaborate closely with other team members and departments
• Can be able to write all test cases independently
• execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, Regression, and Security)
• Be proactive in identifying issues, deep dive, troubleshoot, communicate to stakeholders and escalation of issues and providing status reports
• Sense of ownership and drive and a willingness to accept the challenge of daily deadlines is essential
