Responsibilities:
- Lead and Mentor: Guide, manage, and mentor a backend engineering team of approximately 4 members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Backend Development: Architect, design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and maintainable backend services, APIs, and database solutions using. NET (C#) and T-SQL.
- Enhancement Ownership: Take ownership of technical design and implementation for new features and enhancements requested for our POS and web platforms.
- Legacy System Expertise: Dive into existing codebases (.NET and T-SQL) to thoroughly understand current system functionality, data flows, and business logic, becoming a subject matter expert.
- Production Support: Act as a key escalation point for diagnosing and resolving complex production issues related to the backend systems. Perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions.

LearnTube is hiring a full-stack content creator who lives and breathes content, someone who can be both in front of and behind the camera. If you're the kind of person who naturally spots trends, loves scripting + shooting + editing your own videos, and wants to grow a bold personal and brand voice on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube: this role is for you. This isn’t a content planning or copywriting job. This is a do-it-all, end-to-end creator role with high visibility, working directly with LearnTube’s Founders to shape both their personal brands and LearnTube’s social presence.
What You’ll Do:
- Be confident and comfortable speaking on camera for reels, shorts, and quick videos.
- Help shoot and edit short-form content (IG Reels, YT Shorts) and assist in creating longer videos (YouTube, vlogs).
- Create eye-catching posts and carousels using Canva or similar tools.
- Be involved in the full content cycle - from brainstorming ideas and scripting to helping with shooting, editing, and publishing.
- Spot trending formats, memes, and viral content ideas early and suggest fun ways to adapt them.
- Contribute to growing LearnTube’s and the founders’ presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Work with the product, design, and marketing teams to help tell engaging, authentic stories.
