Role:

Digital Sales Manager with experience in Financial Services Sales in that particular city. Role reports to Sr. Wealth Manager / Sr. Digital Wealth Manager.

Role Description:

• You work with the City’s biggest family offices and HNIs to onboard and activate them as our investors.

• Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners.

Qualifications:

• You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
• You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets in your previous roles.

Web & Mobile Applications development

• Responsible for driving development team and coordinate strategies to ensure smooth functioning of delivered software service to internal customers.
• Ability to work with complex business scenarios supporting critical business functions deployed across multiple locations.

Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of our company's digital products and services. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 8-10 years of overall experience which should include at least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, an excellent practical understanding of agile practices, principles, and framework and great people manager. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a track record of delivering successful projects.

What you’ll be doing:

 Plan and coordinate all aspects of projects/sprints from initiation through delivery

 Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives and refinements

 Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies and best practices

 Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders for plan and prioritize backlog for upcoming releases and iterations

 Manage conflicts and facilitate problem-solving within the Agile teams

 Facilitate team progress by addressing and removing any blockers and proactively managing project delivery risks and issues

 Prepare project status reports and communicate progress to stakeholders

 Monitor team performance, velocity and sprint sizing and identify areas for improvement

What you’ll bring:

 Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master and experience in managing large and complex agile projects
