Job Title: Senior Tableau Developer

Location: Marathahalli, Bangalore (Onsite)

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

·       Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI.

·       Work with Azure Synapse, Data Factory, and Azure SQL for data integration.

·       Build and optimize data models and DAX queries.

·       Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting needs

·       Ensure performance, security, and scalability of visual solutions

·       Strong experience in Tableau

Required Skills:

·       Power BI, DAX, Azure Synapse, ADF, SQL, Data Modeling, Data Storytelling

·       Tableau (Dashboard Development, Data Visualization, Calculated Fields,

·       LOD Expressions)

Strong Data Scientist / AI Engineer / Machine Learning Engineer profiles.

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Applied AI, NLP, Deep Learning, or Generative AI solutions.

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have strong hands-on experience in Python programming, SQL, data analysis, feature engineering, model development, and production-grade ML applications.

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have experience working with Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit-learn, or equivalent.

Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have hands-on experience working on NLP, embeddings, semantic search, text classification, document understanding, recommendation systems, or similar AI/ML use cases.

Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Llama, Mistral, Claude, Gemini, Phi, or similar foundation models.

Mandatory (Experience 6) – Must have hands-on experience building or implementing RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems, vector search, knowledge retrieval, embeddings, chunking, indexing, or semantic retrieval solutions.

Mandatory (Experience 7) – Must have experience working with Git, CI/CD practices, production environments, and scalable AI/ML systems.

Mandatory (CTC) – The CTC breakup offered will be 75% fixed + 25% variable, as per company policy.

1) Be open to learn new frameworks like Hapi.JS , Typescript , Nest.JS

2) Strong DB concepts , and hands on knowledge on MongoDB , REDIS

3) Experience working with micro-services will be a plus

4) Experience working with JWT and IAM systems will be a plus

5) Experience working with Postman , Swagger will be a plus

6) TDD knowledge is an advantage and also working with Unit Test code and familiar with test code coverage concepts.

7) Strong operating system knowledge is a plus with knowledge of how to manage threads.

8) Working experience with RabbitMQ , Kafka will be a plus

9) Strong knowledge of JS internals is a must.

10) Familiar with the Django REST API Framework.

11) Experience with the FAST API framework will be a plus

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Design and develop Python-based microservices

- Build and operate gRPC / Protobuf-based APIs

- Implement asynchronous processing, concurrency, and job orchestration

- Design systems with retries, idempotency, and fault tolerance

- Work with and integrate native C/C++ components with Python services

- Design and optimise PostgreSQL schemas and queries

- Contribute to React-based frontend applications (TypeScript/JavaScript)

- Own features end-to-end : design, development, deployment, and monitoring

- Debug issues across application, system, and performance layers

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated tests

Requirements :

- Strong experience in Python backend development (sync + async)

- Hands-on experience with gRPC / Protobuf-based APIs

- Experience with FastAPI / Flask / Django

- Strong understanding of microservices and distributed systems

- Experience with PostgreSQL and data modeling

- Exposure to React / JavaScript / TypeScript

- Knowledge of concurrency, multi-threading, and system design

- Strong understanding of Linux systems and debugging

- Experience in production environments (performance tuning, issue resolution)

- Exposure to C/C++ or Python-native integrations (preferred)

Qualification :

- Engineering Graduates from Tier 1 & Tier 2 Colleges/Deemed Universities only

- Open for candidates from outstation.

- Experience range : 12 - 15 years (but not more than 15 years of experience)

- Strictly Individual contributors, Handson coding. 80% Individual Contributor & 20% Architecture, Design, Systems

• Ability to work in an existing codebase and collaborate with a diverse team
• Experience in building enterprise-scale backend REST APIs with frameworks such as Nest.js & Express.js using an API-first paradigm
• Intimate knowledge of crafting highly performant database queries
• Hands-on experience implementing relational database structures, including tables, indexes, views, etc.
• A mindset towards building systems for the cloud and DevOps fundamentals
• Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure services is good to have. If not then willingness to learn should be there.
• Focus towards building security, performance, and scalability into services from the beginning
• Experience with debugging code and troubleshooting technical issues in order to craft appropriate solutions
